મોડી રાત્રે ' આશીર્વાદ' બંગલોમાં આશિષ અને રુચિકાના બેડરૂમમાંથી જોર જોરથી રડવાનો અને રાડો પાડવાનો અવાજ આવતો હતો. રુચિકા, " આશિષ, આજે તો પપ્પા એ હદ જ કરી નાખી. તેમણે મારા પર બુમો પાડી અને મને ધમકાવી પણ..." આશિષ, "જો રુચુ, એવું પણ બને કે તારી કંઈ ભૂલ થઈ હશે." રુચિકા , " મારી ભૂલ?? આશિષ મેં મમ્મીને માત્ર કિચનમાંથી બહાર શું કાઢ્યા, ત્યાં તો પપ્પા એ તો આખું ઘર માથે લીધું" આશિષે થોડાં કંટાળા અને થાકના ભાવ સાથે પૂછ્યું, " પણ તે શું કામ મમ્મીને કિચનમાંથી બહાર કાઢ્યા???"
