The effluence and grace for the art of the Nawabs have created new walls for literature, dance and music in India. Hindustani Classical music like anything and thus making it hugely popular form of art in India at that time. The Lucknow Festival celebrated between 25th November and 5th December every year still maintains the charm of the Nawabi era. Since then, Indian literature has never been the same as before. The admiration for the art and music of the Nawabs flourished the practice of Kathak dance.

Lucknow is also known as the 'land of kebabs' where the variety of Kebabs include the famous names like Seek Kebab, Nargisi Kebab, Shami Kebab and Galawat Kebab, which are ready to indulge your senses and leave you speechless. You can try the hundred years old restaurant Tunde Kebabi in Chowk which serves the best kawab and Non -Veg dishes all over the lucknow.

The Lucknow’s famous Place “Hazratganj”
The advanced patrimony of Lucknow is “Hazratganj”. The most popular place in the city of Nazakat. Earlier, after the world war first which took place in 1857, the Britishers captured and regulate the entire city and the Hazratganj. The incident took place in 1842, the name changed to Hazaratganj, after the Nawab Amjid Shah, who was prominent by his pseudonym “Hazarat”. The Ring Theater, now which is famous by the name of GPO, has the ball room and the theater of the British officers which was famous by the name “Entertainment Centre” The most amazing fact behind the Entertainment Centre was that , the local natives were not allowed to enter. The doors were closed for them. The place was entirely captured by the Britishers. As the time passed away, the place got modified and thus, converted into the special court, and indorsed the hearing of the Kakori Conspiracy case. Then in 1929- 1932, the building was refurbished in Gothic Style and the clock tower was assembled in the center, which was then in JANPATH, and shifted to this building afterwards. There use to be one famous coffee house in front of the famous and renowned coffee house Cafe Coffee Day ( CCD). Sipping coffee and chatting for hours was the attraction of the Hazratgaj. The famous Flimistan cinema, today which is popular by then name of Sahu Cinema. Though Mayfair (the cinema) and the Ring Theater was likely crowded by the natives. The land of Nawabs has become popular for the literature and for the well prominent writers like Mr. Atal Bihari Vajaypee, Dr Ram Manhohar Lohiya,and Narayan Mulla, who always demonstrate their views over a cup of coffee.
The Ganj Carnival in Hazartganj- On the refreshing evening Lucknow has started organizing “The Ganj Carnival” by Lucknow development Authority, which is help on second Sunday of every month. The market is tightly packed with the natives. The event organizes a variety of cultural as well as Entertainment programs. A good event for youth and adults to entertain their weekends as well. The attraction of Hazratganj - So, the pleasant atmosphere of Awadh, which is popularly known as Sham-e-Awadh. The first move of the “ Munnawar Baksh” earlier. Now the best place to spend the time in the evening is near the fountain, which is full of colorful lights, charm and peace, has been witnessed the beautiful attraction, which is located near the multilevel parking. The magnetism of Hazratganj, is the marvelous Kothis, theaters, markets and Maqbaras, playing the consequential role adding the charm in Lucknow’s “Hazaratganj” The well known Digital India, now stared giving the free wi-fi by Relaince Gio, which has enlarged the vogue of Hazratganj. The words are less to describe the pleasantness of Hazaratganj, indeed known as the steps of Romance in Love Lane. It has been 200 years now, since the Hazartganj has taken its place in Lucknow. With the drastic change in the modernization in Hazratganj, it is becoming the well liked place of Lucknow.
