She should support him now, no one can count how many lakhs crores he’d spent on her. but today he doesn’t have anything. Warm tears rolled down his cheeks he never expect this from her. “I don’t know; why a beggar like you came into my life” he is now out off his mind, what he hasn’t done for her, his heart was broken down hearing her next sentence “Brown people's like you are BEGGAR only”
“This what your parents teach you… your family will be same like you” What crime he has done? He just for some money from her parents and he'd also promise to return the money with the interest. But why she making a big drama for this?
“Motherfuckers” she whispers irritably Dino can hear anything but not the insult of his parents. Anger was consuming him he picked up the knife silently. she doesn’t notice him he rushed to her and pulled her hair he keeps the knife on her neck, she is now scared “what are you doing? I’m your wife” she whispers in fear, He was about to say.
when his cousin brother ‘Daniel’ came inside from the main door as he’d extra keys with him which dino himself gave him. Daniel's smiling face turns into a serious “What the hell is happening here?” His wife takes this chance and pushes him backside she rushes to his brother and hides behind Daniel’s back
“NO, I wasn’t” He's now blank
“Are you serious? I saw you…. You were about to kill her don’t you?” Daniel shout at him
The knife slipped from his hands “No, I was not…. I'm just tired I’m not useless, I was just disturbed… I’m sorry, I’m sorry’’ dino apologized quickly to her he was now consumed with guilt he don’t know why he pick up the knife and why he did this, he never raised his hand at Emily. The unsuccessfulness was making him angry, his mind wasn’t working
“Daniel, he tries to kill me. Please save me from this man , it’s the 10th time he tried to kill me, and now I do not trust him please take me with you” She lied, this was just quite shocking for him. She was talking to Daniel. There was no strength in his legs he fall, he reminds quiet, he doesn’t have any idea what was happening to him. He does not realise when the police came and wear him handcuffs when he looks at his wife Emily, her friends, mother and daddy has come her father was cursing dino.
Emily is crying on her mother's lap he doesn't know what he'd done? He hasn’t killed her or harmed her “I haven’t done anything listen to me” dino tries to speak
“I hope you have checked the camera over here,” Daniel asked, In hope, dino thanked god that he has his cousin brother with him and he’ll save him but the relief changed soon “Yes; we have checked and you’re right he has delete five month footage, we don’t know from when this man is harassing her. We’ll try to give him 3 years in jail for harassing an innocent girl” The police woman exclaimed, dino's mouth was completely zipped he doesn’t believe in his ears “Did he heard right?” He questioned himself

9th Day of Court
“My lord, my client Mr Dino James is innocent he was not trying to kill Mrs Emily Dino James, he was just out of his mind because” lawyer Mia Anderson interrupted “What rubbish Mr Sharma is speaking, Mrs Emily is scared she doesn't allow anyone to come near her Do you think he was just out of his mind… only because Mr Daniel James she is alive or else she has died now, my lord why do we woman has always have to prove? It is been nine days since my innocent client has not gotten justice?” She explained, Dino was just numb he was in depression
“Miss Mia take your seat, Mr Sharma do you want to say anything?” The judge asked
“My Lord, I would like to call Mrs Emily James in the witness box,” Mr Pratik Sharma said, Mia try to dismiss “Present Mrs Emily Dino James in the witness box” Judge ordered
Emily stood in the witness box, her fake emotional face was making him cry more. Is this the same girl who loved him madly or everything was fake “Mrs Emily Dino James, it's true that did dino try to kill you? But what you did that he wanted to kill you? “Mr Pratik Sharma asked,
“say, Mrs James”
After two minutes of silence Emily look at Daniel, Daniel nodded his head. "Because of his unsuccessfulness in his business he was being angry about the loan he’d on his head, he always used to hit me to make him satisfied and….he also tries to rape me” She got paused, tears rolled down to her cheeks how could she just lie the man of her life, he never raises his hand on her, he always protect her, Love her deeply.
They both looked at each other “I’m in love with you madly dino” Her voice echoed in his ears he close his eyes. She thought to save him and apologies to him but no, she did this for Daniel her only love, she never loved dino, but also she never thought to hurt him like this.
“I’m sorry” she muttered that no one could hear but he heard what she wanted to say,
“I accept my sin” Dino utter which was unexpected for Emily and Lawyer Pratik Sharma
“dino…” Pratik whispered
“My lord, I accept my sin” Dino repeat his word, an absence feeling on his face was showing.
“Mr Dino James has accepted his mistake, he is punished with three years in prison” The judge simply announced
“The court is dismissed”

After six months
Dino cooked for inmates and also oversee clean up inside the jail, an innocent person was fully disturbed by the situation. the other inmate always tease by his brown colour. Pratik sharma his only best friend since childhood who weekly visits to meet him but dino does not speak with anyone. Pratik was sitting in front of him “Why did this happen to you dino?” He state while holding his hands tears were in his eyes. “say something dino.. don’t be like this” he hugged him still no reaction on dino's numb face after Pratik left the guard close to him in jail
He saw a small piece of white chalk, he pick up the chalk in his hand and start writing on the wall “I’m not useless, I’m not useless, I never try to kill my wife I love her madly.. it was my mistake I was just scaring her, my intension was not to kill her how can I kill my wife” he seat down the wall was fully written by this, he is not a criminal. he remembers when Emily win the case Daniel hug her. Dino had the five-month footage but he choose to give comfort to Emily because he loved her truly
“Dino James a billionaire is now worthless a loser unsuccessful person who try to kill his sweet wife who loves him a lot” Tears of warm-up on his scattered face reading the newspaper headline which was beside him
“Daniel, he tries to kill me. Please save me from this man”
“he also tries to rape me”
No one can understand him how broken he is now his supportive brother is handling his business and his wife is now his girlfriend, he doesn’t understand how did his brother took everything for him and why?
“MY WHOLE LIFE IS DESTROY” He screamed in pain
