Rohan, grinning: "Hey, Rahul! Late as usual, buddy."

Rahul, chuckling: "Hey, guys! Traffic, you know."

Aisha, teasing: "Or maybe you were busy perfecting your morning selfie skills."

Rahul playfully rolled his eyes: "Shut up, Aisha."

Aarav, serious: "Did you guys finish the math assignment? I'm still stuck on question 3."

Rahul: "Yeah, I finished it last night. Let me show you."

Aisha: "By the way, have you guys heard about the upcoming fest? We should participate."

Rohan: "Yeah, we should! Aarav, can you handle the music?

Aarav: "Of course! Rahul, can you help with the decorations?"

Rahul: "Sure thing."

_Entering the Class_

As they entered the classroom, Professor Rao greeted them with a warm smile.

_Professor Rao's Lecture_

*Lecture Topic: Principles of Management*

Professor Rao began writing on the blackboard:

"Today, we'll explore the Five Functions of Management, as outlined by Henri Fayol."

1. *Planning*: Define objectives, identify resources, and develop strategies.

1. *Organizing*: Allocate resources, assign tasks, and establish structure.

1. *Staffing*: Recruit, train, and develop personnel.

1. *Directing*: Lead, motivate, and communicate with team members.

1. *Controlling*: Monitor performance, identify deviations, and take corrective action.

"Let's consider a case study. Suppose you're managing a startup. How would you apply these functions?"

Rohan raised his hand: "Sir, wouldn't we start with planning, defining our mission and goals?"

Professor Rao nodded: "Excellent, Rohan! Then, we'd organize resources, staff our team, direct their efforts, and control progress."

Aisha asked: "Sir, how do these functions interact?"

Professor Rao replied: "Aisha, they're interconnected. Effective planning informs organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling."

As the lecture progressed, Rahul and his friends took diligent notes, engaging in the discussion.

_Key Takeaways_

- Management functions are interconnected.

- Planning sets the foundation.

- Effective controlling ensures goal achievement.

The lecture concluded with Professor Rao assigning a group project.

"Apply the Five Functions of Management to a real-world scenario. Submit your reports in two weeks."

As the class dispersed, Rahul and his friends exchanged excited glances.

Rahul: "Let's start brainstorming for the project."

Rohan: "And don't forget the fest preparations."

Aisha: "We've got this!"

Aarav: "Time to shine!"

Rahul: "I'm so hungry! What's good here today?"

Rohan: "The samosas are awesome. Just got them."

Aisha: "Ooh, can I have one?

Aarav: "Grabbed the last plate of Vada pav . Anyone want some?"

Rahul: "Yeah, please! I love their that."

Aisha: "How was your Diwali, guys? Do anything exciting?"

Rohan: "Went to my grandma's place. Had an amazing time."

Aarav: "Family gatherings are always fun."

Rahul: "Just relaxed at home with family. Watched some movies."

Aisha: "That sounds cozy! Which movies did you watch?"

Rahul: "The usual Bollywood blockbusters."

Aarav: "What's the plan for the weekend?"

Rohan: "Study group on Saturday?"

Aisha: "Sounds good to me."

Rahul: "And Sunday?"

Aarav: "Movie night! Anyone up for It.

Aisha: "Ooh, have you guys heard about the new movie '12th Fail'?"

Rahul: "Yes! I've been wanting to see it. Heard it's really inspiring."

Rohan: "Isn't it based on a true story?"

Aarav: "Yeah, about a guy who failed his 12th boards but went on to achieve great things."

Aisha: "Exactly! It's a motivational film. We should watch it."

Rahul: "Definitely. I've heard great reviews."

Rahul nodded, feeling happy.

Rahul: "Yeah, sure. No problem."

Radha: "Now I won't forget your number."

Rahul smiled, feeling a connection.

Rahul: "I'm glad I could help."

Aarav tugged on Radha's hand.

Aarav: "Didi, let's go home."
