When we leave, we call each other Tata, and children use this word with great pleasure. When I was young and where I lived, Tata's new bodyless trucks were sold about once or twice a month. When I used to go there, I would often stand on the roadside and ask for Tata. When I grew up, when I read about Tata, I understood only one thing, Tata means trust and when I grew up and knew, I would only say “the trust of the country”. Jamshedji Tata was born (3 March 1839, Navsari) and brought up in a Parsi family. He moved to Mumbai at the age of 14. His ancestral profession was that of a priest. , but Jamshedji Tata's father Nusrawanji Tata decided to enter business, father got Jamshedji Tata admitted in Alphyston College.At the age of 29, Jamshed ji established the Bombay Alexandra Mill in 1869 with a capital of Rs 21,000 and from here the business empire of Tata Group was established.
