We are currently living in a society that is full of Surveillance and in such a society personal image protection should be the first thing that needs to be ensured. In our legal system or any system whatsoever, there is no term such as belief. It’s all about evidence and proving. When any issue can be raised socially or legally, it is very necessary for civilians to keep their personal records along with the system or the organization that they work for. I know it goes against our social norms of believing, but it is a necessary tool that we need to adapt to.

For example,

Each and every year it should be mandatory for every organization to publish a book or document of all their employee records with family names and pictures. It should be ensured that every employee is given a copy of that in PDF form to their personal email addresses as publishing so many books is not possible.

Production and sales records should be kept on a daily basis and should be distributed in written forms or through personal emails for employees to keep as well. It will help to evaluate his outcome and he will also have a say in his evaluation.

Attendances are customized records of all the employees in the organizations, but what is not recorded is the reasons for absence of any employee and the authority’s permission records. So, monthly attendance should be provided to the employee's personal email along with their absence reason including authority figure permission mentioned with it.

From my experience, it might seem awkward. But from any professional's perspective and if anyone claims to be a professional the term belief also needs to be removed from their dictionary. It is best to record professional calls and conversations as it is a known fact that corporate and civil calls are tapped. There is no shame in keeping personal records for safety.

It should be ok for any employee to record their conversations with their employers and suppliers. Obviously, it should be a tool not for personal safekeeping at any end. Both parties should have a copy of those.

It should be ensured that every organization has a marginal pay grade for all their employees of every position, and anything below that must not be allowed. If the company struggles to maintain the hierarchy, then it should be allowed to operate with less manpower.

Any sort of financial transaction should be done online. Email is the only platform where names and email addresses appear. It is where the name of the receiver, company, designation, and the name of the sender, company, and sender's designation should be mentioned along with the purpose.

Just like the appointment procedure, if any employee leaves the organization, he should be provided with all necessary documents and financial statements with clearance.

Financial support needs to be provided to well-structured companies not to only well-funded ones. It will encourage more businessmen to focus on the company to be well-structured and avoid the practice of only family or local-based people recruitment.

Finally, it is ok to keep records as anything can lead to a legal argument and it might feel odd in the initial stages, but it is the safest way to lead a safe employee life and be productive for the organization as well.
