"Respect" When We heard this word we usually think about the Respect which society is giving to women, girls, senior citizens, and even children and teenagers.

you know guys, What I Believe is - The Biggest Injustice men are facing is "they cannot cry out and share their emotions like women"
Especially In Country Like India...Women are able to share their problems with their parents, siblings, mentors, friends but men cannot do so.
Their Emotions are always their within !
They cannot even share...because we believe that Men are Always Strong....They cannot Cry, They cannot even share their feelings!
Guys..It is really tough to wear the belt from 9 to 9 and work hard just to fulfill the wishes of loved ones!
Highest rate of mental problems are found in men,
Highest rate of suicide cases are found in men,
lack of sleeping and high stress is found in men,
isn't is necessary to also talk about physical, mental and emotional health of men as like women.
Day By Day Women's are Fortunately getting Respect in their work place, home and everywhere.
Women's are actually growing in the field they stepped in!
But That does not mean That men deserves less respect than women.
In today's world, women also need to understand men's moodswing, mental issues as like men do.
I think "not speaking their emotions out" is the only reason of men's anger.
Not only on work place, But It is necessary for Women to UNDERSTAND Men in Relationship also!
In Relationship, It is Necessary to appreciate each other's efforts!
For Girls...It is important to create a comfortable place for them to speak out their emotions!
Women need to understand If Men is not texting you for several hours, they are not replying your call for sometime that can also mean that they are busy in work.
It is not necessary that every men is f*cking cheater.
some are actually busy in their work.

Many things were shown in the reels like your boyfriend should be like this, gift you flower, take you for long drive, spend whole day with you, reply your text immediately..these might not be your boyfriend's nature to show love and If he is not doing this all..that does not mean he don't love you!
