The resolve of such people is very weak, they are not determined. Their mind keeps changing. Whatever they say, they do not do it. Due to this reason such people do not get respect in the family, society, in their field of work. 01 Where to start – First of all you will have to organize your daily routine. Whatever you do from morning to evening, you will have to note it down in a diary. Whatever work you do, good and bad, you will have to write it down. After this, do whatever is necessary in them on priority basis. Think about the work, and check how much percent of the work was done as per the plan. Now, plan the work for the coming days. It is also necessary to make efforts to not deplete the energy of the mind because of which activities human energy gets depleted. Like shaking hands and legs, snapping fingers, talking too much without any reason, thinking negative things, criticizing, being jealous, backbiting, finding faults in others, all these activities lead to loss of energy. If we do not stop the loss of energy, then for how long will the energy collected through Sadhana last? It will also be lost. You can understand this like if there is a leakage in a water tank, then the water filled by us will be drained out after some time. Similarly, the energy collected by us through Sadhana will be reduced due to our bad habits. Food in Sadhana - The food we eat also affects our mind. It has been said that "as you eat, so is your mind". This saying is absolutely true. We should avoid heavy food and sour things because during digestion of food more energy will be lost. Hence we should eat easily digestible food. Method of Tratak - Tratak is of two types, one is external Tratak and the other is internal Tratak. The external mind becomes strong by the practice of external Tratak. The scope of external mind is limited; it works only in the present and in front of us. Bashal's external mind was so strong that on making eye contact with it, it would draw half the energy into itself.
