The porn sites seem like a nice way to do a jerk off. Isn’t it. It seems ok to watch a site where they are openly demonstrating themselves. Who gives a shit if one sees a porn or not? They are not committing any form of adultery and watching doesn’t seem like that big of a crime. No one can hurt anyone in any way only by watching. Those men and women are openly showing themselves, they have permitted everyone to watch them and from the perspective of the producers of porn industry, they need to market these things to survive like any other normal human does. They also believe in the same manner as they are not killing anybody and since the women, men have permitted to use their bodies legally with binding contracts mentioning the use of their bodies according to specification. So, they also don’t think of it as a harm to others as legally they are not causing any crime. When it comes to legality up to this point things do sound pretty ok and acceptable not in any way a crime. But unfortunately, the crime is related to porn sites where our imagination ends. The main culprits are the porn sites, not the porn stars or their legally permitted producers as these sites have made a pact among themselves to direct to 3party or other sites whenever one starts to watch a porn site which leads to endless loop of porn sites and a person needs at least several minutes to close those. That is why, in most cases the children get caught by their parents watching once in a while in their life, husbands gets caught by their wives frequently I guess. Most parents inform, most wives don’t and start making second choices as the wives think it is the end of her marriage. In case of the movies, those are sold based on captions but in case of porn those are sold based on video descriptions even more than that of the images themselves which demonstrates the pervasive nature of any human being and frankly speaking everybody knows nobody wishes to be a perfect person in a fantasy land or porn site. But, legally speaking the term 3rd party makes those sites enable to do anything as they please as they are getting all sorts of videos from a 3rd party source which they can’t analyze and none of them get to be blamed for any of those videos, no matter how vulgar or how naïve those are. From a woman’s point of view any form of their picture or use of their picture in a porn site can disrupt their image, their career, their reputation instantaneously. But when the term 3rd party gets in the place these sites don’t need to judge the source of those videos, if those are legal or illegal, if those were shot by a porn star or by a spy cam hidden in a hotel room, cyber café, by a filthy boyfriend to take revenge on his girlfriend, if those are simple bikini shots by a film star pirated from a movie or an edited video of a film star where someone else is doing the deed and though they say none of the women are under 18 where everybody is in awe how could that small child be 18, he or she isn’t as the term 3rd party legally lets them to get out of that issue also. And when it comes to the policy, any false takedown notices will be liable for damages, where they play the game of untouchables. For, the source of all the money and how they get those, the answer is very simple, you get the notification of betting sites for every pirated, theater recorded movies and you will be able to see those websites in these porn sites also. Unfortunately, when it comes to any form of illegal video footage, these sites turn out to be their best supporter and provider. Actually, the basic instinct that one has before watching a porn that he is doing a crime is very much valid, the only difference is they even don’t have a clue how big this syndicate is.
