Corruption Done By New Industrialists

Do you guys remember the 80s or even the beginning of the 90s? At that time the policy of private employees turning into industrialists never came into existence. The game was more into shop owners turning into chain of shop owners then to save cost turning into industrialists and then if them or any of their family members are lucky they are able to become Business magnets. And for government officer’s children the thing was if you are good in education then the only thing that you need to be is a government officer and if you are not then a shop owner not an industrialist but a shop owner as that is the only chain to start a business. So, the children of government employees also never resorted to private jobs if they were bad at education as it was considered a pathless endeavor which actually led to nowhere. Normally, the fate of most private job holders is sealed whether your son is a government job holder or if not they convince your owner into taking him into his shop or company. But, none of the private job holders ever dreamt of seeing their children as industrialists. However, the only thing that was true then and now is that every bad student of government or private families have a chance of becoming a businessman if they can go abroad due to the exchange rate with hard work and by living a low mediocre life there. So, that was a gamble which everybody took but many actually didn’t hope for their children to return as Private University Education was not a thing then, which means all in with no hope of their children to return to this country as there were no sufficient private organizations that were able to pay for a foreign degree holder. It was a move like submitting their children’s luck in the mercy of god and so most people of this subcontinent were never willing to send their children abroad for education but for work and if they are lucky enough they might have a chance to see them again. Thus, at that time whoever came back from abroad also started their business with just a shop and many never bothered to come back ever because all are not that good at saving money for a future of becoming a shop owner and so living there became their only option. Only the famous doctor’s children and industrialist’s children were allowed to have the fate of becoming an industrialist or live a life of luxury as corruption also didn’t take such an outrageous form globally which actually was visible due to lack of industrialization. Now, the thing with most shop owners is that they are heavily dependent on a trusted salesman and they are mentally not developed enough to deal with all the workers. Also, their lack of education and more prone to mingle tend to make them less of an administrator and more into a friend or a leader. Thus, they started supporting the ruthless behavior of their managers which was leading to more collusion directly or indirectly caused by the managers. The oppression led to the dynamic change in the behavior pattern of the workers and unknowing of what was going on those shop owners turned businessmen turned into a villain and unsuitable for running an industrial operation. So, at the booming period of industrialization during 90s, all the Buyers started knowing the industries based on the managers not by the name of the owners themselves or even the businesses which is a fact till today and the managers were the ones representing the businesses with all financial decisions to take due to their educational knowledge and ensuring less technical setup for others to intervene. Even the children were made to believe that those managers are their closest companions for running the business. The managers started making deals with the buyers and also ensuring the local set-up of the buyers if they were to expand the business in this colony. In all cases, these managers ensured the inspectors or quality inspectors remain under their payroll at all cost as that is not that of a technical position but that post ensures the quality of the product. Hence, any quality of products were managed at any given price ensuring a sufficient cut for the managers and ultimately making them shareholders in their own organizations. However, in the beginning of the 2000s, once the buyers started complaining or started finding out the irregularity in the inspectors’ earnings to expense ratio then they also resorted to more educated manpower from that very group of managers who was now becoming owners or shareholders in their own company and undermining all the authority of the main owners. Hence, a generation of managers turned into a more superior owner and even the original owners themselves and their companies were suppressing the ones of original owners. To keep up with the mainstream business and to ensure the lineage of the businesses the original owners even started making those managers their relatives and recruiting everyone according to their liking. As the managers turned businessmen knew that their original owners were more leaders then businessmen, they made sure the workers were from their owner’s liking but the officers were according to their liking which is a regular recruiting method till now. However, in the process of dividing a single into two or three industries, the competition became scarce where both the price and quality was dropping. The original owners were doing minimum price orders and the former managers due to their connection and bribing method ensured to sweep off the cream orders from the bottom of the table. Now, in such a wonderful back door gameplay, the original owners are selling their businesses and the former managers are also struggling to survive as they have made the quality so below average that now no amount of bribing is doing the job of raising the price. It was the ultimate corruption which was unnoticed by all and turned into something more damaging in the entire society leading to corrupting every door of the society from private to public corruption. As the psychology of turning private managers into industrialists hit hard into the mindset of government employees also, because they thought their children also deserve similar fate. As a result, they also dreamed of a similar fate for their own children where their children could turn into industrialists and follow the patterned way set by those managers. Now, at this moment, when everybody is looking for a way to raise the price where there is no reputation to raise the price or a price enough to maintain the quality, then the fundamental role of the government should be to ensure all the inspectors’ to be from the public service as it was the role which led to such disaster and this might be the role to save the reputation but with strict checking.
