My Teacher - 9 (Reply)

When Ariyan read the whole thing he slowly started to omit the part which includes him or her teacher. He changed the name as "To my sunshine."
The next day Puja was lying in her bed covering all over head to toe. She stayed up the whole night. She has been hitting her head ever since she returned home.
"Puja, wake up why are you being too lazy today? You have school."
Her grandma came into her room and saw her kicking the air while lying in the bed.
"Are gone mad. If you are awake then why are you messing in here."
"Grandma can l skip school today?"
"Why ? Your HS studies will start in a few days. You didn't even come up with a subject combination yet."
"I will. But please spare me today."
"Why did you cause trouble in school?"
"Nooo."
"Then what are you so embarrassed about? Wait did you confess to a boy, that's why you are behaving like this."
"I never liked a boy in our class."
"Then it must be that rookie teacher right? Thanks to him your results have a hell and heaven difference this year."
"Come on Grandma. I said I confessed to anyone*
"Don't act foolish. I knew how you have seen him from the day he brought you home. It's ok these things happen in youth. Now forget it and , rather decide the subject combination with him."

Puja came to school and ran towards the class avoiding all the places where the English teacher might be found. However when the universe starts to get in the opposite everything goes wrong. Puja had to take the opposite route to the class which goes by the staff room because of the NCC training in the ground. She was walking fast while covering her face , so she bumped into someone in the hallway. She looked at his face and passed him through the side when he said
"Stop. Come to my office now."
Puja yelled in her mind "oh God, why does have to bump into him of all people."
"Kiddo, come here." He said while leaning over the desk.
"You dummy you know how many spelling I have correct in the whole thing? You should be more careful or you might end doing the same in the exam essay. Take it and read carefully."
He tapped a envelope in her head.
"Submit the essay for the upcoming annual competition. The form is in the envelope, fill it up and put it in the letter box. I ommited all the parts which includes me or your teacher."
"But sir I barely took part in these competitions and I am afraid this letter is not worth to win a place."
"Are you underestimating me?"
"No, no, how could I...
"Then just do as I told you.You would have won a place long ago if you have given the attention in writing more than analysing me."
"I just..
"I understand. It's the time for you to experience new things in life. All the teens go through some confusion at this time. All I have to say is don't confuse admiration and love. Both are totally different things. And I am glad that I could become a light in your life. Thank you for your admiration, It's been a while since I have faced a confession like that."
Puja submitted the application for the annual essay competition. Not because she believed her essay but because she believed in the English teacher who believed in her. Ironically her essay got the first place in the whole school. The subject was to write about the most significant change you faced in life. The top three candidates were chosen to read out the whole thing in front of the school. When Puja came to stage her legs were trembling in front of the big crowd. Then she started reading
"To my sunshine"
It was exactly the same as what Puja wrote, only some of the parts were omitted. At the end of the speech her eyes filled with tears. Ariyan was also sitting in the front row with the other teachers. He noticed that Puja was incredibly sincere while reading as if she was telling it from her heart. She gave the whole speech looking at him. The whole auditorium based in claps. Most of the audience was teary by the depth of the essay. Ariyan told in his mind
"What a waste of such a sincere affection on an old hag like me."
