Mr. William Collins

I am going to Texas because I have got the information that Nora is in Texas. I left my man outside her house who told me about her coming back. This girl has a reason to murder and I am sure she is not innocent. She is clever and most importantly has some special skills. She is hurt so she can harm too. In my long career, have solved number of murder mystery and in most of the cases the killer is generally a close one to Victim. So, I am not surprised by her actions. Maybe she is taking help of someone else also. I must reach her and grab her before she flew to another area. I ask driver to drive fast and ordered my subordinates to be alert. Finally, we enter Texas and in half an hour we reach to her place. I already inform my man to observe each activity of Nora.

Nora, watering the plants because of the plant dried and some were on the verge of decay. She looks calm and better as went for a marathon and finally it’s over. She put her cell phone on charging and after giving water to plants, stood in balcony to see the view outside her house. This man is standing since morning. She notices. Why is he here? Has he forgotten the address and or is he standing outside her house purposely? She questions herself. He is in thirties and having a good height and muscular body. She sees him and then ignore and come back to her room. After her aunt’s death, she shut down the flower shop but now decides to reopen it because she made her mind that she will not be going back to New York again. She does not want to live with strangers anymore and a dull life. From last few months she has been trying to reboot her life and finally has overcome the circumstances. It’s not easy to accept that you have to nobody to share anything. She remembers that Gloria sent her number of messages when she saw her cell phone. Gloria always shows tender care and love. She is possessive and concerned about her loved ones and she understood Nora well as no one other did. She thinks of calling her but not immediately and leaves a message thinking that Gloria will call her when sees the message.

She retires on bed and her dog Brownie is only with her laying beside. She recalls the events of past aunt Marie missing, Byron’s betrayal, lost job, her aunt’s death, breakup with friends. She feels that she leads a miserable life. But the truth is life goes on and now she is ready to take up a new venture and decides not to trust anyone and no more friends because life is good and smooth without friendship because if friendship can give you so much pain then one must rid of this feeling of having friends. She didn’t realise that she slept while thinking and wakes up when hears the knock on the door. Who is banging the door like this? She wonders and then slowly comes out of her bedroom and reach the door as soon as she opens it, I with my team enters her house. So, are you Nora? Yes, what’s the matter? You need to come with us. But why? and who are you? I show her my identity card she is shocked. Or I can say she acts well. Miss Nora Joseph, you are taken under custody for killing Aaron, Marlin, Joey, Grace and Hannah. What?  hearing this she faints and I could make out that how she made a plan to escape and of course she will show medical problem in court and will get an excuse. I groan in frustration and screams wake her up. My team sprinkles water on her face and her dog barks at us. She opens her eyes.

They are dead. Oh no! Who killed them? I can’t believe and begins crying. Don’t shed your crocodile tears just come with us and tell us what plans do you have? Listen, officer you have misunderstood me. She shouts. Well young lady. I am asking you last time to come with us without creating a scene. She staring at us blankly, I ask my team and one of them holds her and we brought her to New York city for investigation.

So, miss Nora, why did you kill your own friends? No, that’s rubbish! I am not a killer. Yes, you are because you have a motive to kill them moreover you wanted to take revenge. Please officer we had a fight and I cut all connections with them but that doesn’t mean I killed them. You are lying! Because you sent messages from this number to them and this number belongs to you. I show her the number and online registration. She shocked says yes this is my id number. But I never purchased new number. I remember when I left the house, I forgot to take my Id and it remained in my old apartment. I called my landlord for this but at that time he was not in New York. So, I couldn’t get it back. This is an old story. You did all smartly. I know you don’t believe me so I need to call my lawyer. I knew that she has all rights to do so. So, I allowed her. After half an hour her lawyer Mrs. Jessica Lincoln was sitting in front of me. My client was not in town at the time death. This is the proof that she was in Dhamma Toronto a Vipassana meditation centre for last nine months and it is located 100km north from Toronto. Her lawyer shows me the papers and pictures of her doing some sort of meditation. So, I ask the officer to let her go. I examine all the paper work and give her the permission to leave but on condition that she will not leave New York until and unless we find the real killer. She had no choice and agrees and I handover my card to her in case that if she wants to contact me. She thanked her lawyer and leaves the station and I again begin to think to solve this mystery as she proves much smarter than I thought or her name is being used by someone who wants to involve her. It is too dangerous.
