Ahana gets shocked when she listens to what her mother says and gets a little shy with a smile. Ahana was blushing. Ahana’s mother says to her with concern, "You both got into a relationship; do not break it, and make this relation more strong with trust, understanding, and love."
Ahana gives her tea and breakfast and says, "Sorry, we both got intimate, and you know I love him a lot and can’t leave without him." Ahana’s mother interrupts her talk and says, "Ahana. Sorry, but your engagement and marriage are tomorrow."
Ahana gets shocked and asks, "For what, mom? Why?" and her mother says, "Ganny is trying to break your marriage, so please don’t say no. You get officially married tomorrow, please. It’s my last wish, dear!"
Ahana gets in tears and gets an emotional hug from her mother, and Ahana’s mother says, "I have called Vikram, Dr.Raj, Jeevika, Diya, and Kamini." They all stood near the door and listened to what Ahana’s mother said. Ahana had tears in her eyes. Then she runs towards her room. Vikram says to her mother that he will make her understand and goes to her room.
Vikram goes to her room to see where she is and finds her in the bathroom and sitting down on her bed. Vikram was feeling something different and had a scary feeling. He then walked towards the washroom and saw Ahana sleeping in the bathtub. Vikram runs and takes her in his arms. He then slaps her and takes her aside, making her sit on a chair. Vikram takes a dress from the cupboard and notices she has fainted. Vikram closed the door on her. Vikram gives her the treatment of mouth-to-mouth rescue breathing. Vikram gets angry and asks, "What are you doing, Ahana? You wake up. See what you are doing? Ahana, I mean, do you really love me? I got it. You don't love so much..."
Vikram gets up and goes from the washroom, then Ahana goes towards him and hugs him and says, Sorry, but..." Vikram says, "If you don’t want to marry me, that's okay, but I care for you and your mother; your mother also gave love to me and also treated me with respect, so your mother’s last wish was to see you marry with me." Ahana sees Vikram with an upset face, and she feels sorry.
Vikram says with sadness, "She has less time because her heart is weak, and she may die at any time. So, I searched for donors but found no matches, so I'm just doing what she wants, and if you were in my place, you must have done the same. Then where are I and she wrong? We both love you a lot, and you try to succeed?"
Vikram sees Ahana and holds her arms, then says with a lower voice, "Decision is yours. I didn’t love you at first, but I did when Kumar was trying to kill you. Then I felt that my life was in danger, and I knew that I loved you so much that I couldn’t live with you."
Vikram storms out of her room, furiously. Ahana was standing in shock. Ahana sobs, and Jeevika notices Vikram's dress is wet, and he is angry, so she goes to Ahana's room to ask Ahana what happened.
