Self improvement or Self development

Self improvement is very important to get success. If you have education, business or job experience and want to advance, it is very important to improve yourself.

If you improve yourself by 1% every day, at the end of the year you will have improved by 365%.

You have to take one step forward every day to advance from the position or place you were at the beginning of the year, only then will you be ahead at the end of the year.

If you laugh at the last day of the year, the same mistake you make at the beginning of the year is assuming that you have not changed or grown.

You are still standing where you stood on the first day of the year.

Everyone must have heard the story of Tortoise and Rabbit in childhood.

Bane starts running from one place. Tortoise moves slowly while Rabbit leaps and bounds.

As the rabbit approaches the victory line, it sees the tortoise as far away.

He thinks the tortoise is far away. By then I would like to rest a bit. He falls asleep. The tortoise continues his work. It moves slowly. reaches the rabbit. He is resting. He starts walking forward.

When the Tortoise is one step away from victory, the Rabbit's eyes open and he leaps forward, but by then the Tortoise has won.

There are many things to learn from this story.

In the first life one has to keep moving forward to reach one's destination, if one stops to settle or rest at one place, many other rivals will overtake him.

Another thing is that we should never think of someone as a small person and predict that he may be a great person going forward.

Third is to keep working hard until we get success in the work we have done well otherwise someone else will overtake us and all our hard work will be in vain.

The fourth thing is not to give up our hard work by seeing the success of others or seeing others getting ahead of us. Who knows, our results will be better than that in the future.

The fifth thing is that pride and ego should never enter us. There is a little gap between self confidence and pride.

I can do this thing is called self confidence but only I can do this thing is called pride.

Pride is the first step to our downfall.

Where you will be in future depends on your today. If you bring improvement in yourself, your value will increase greatly.

Cricket is a favorite sport of many people. When Mahendra Singh Dhoni started in cricket, his brand value was 0, he brought improvement in his game and his rank started to come within top 10 in world cricket.

Its brand volume grew from 0 to 200 plus crores. The brand value of other teammates along with him was not as much as Dhoni's.

If we improve ourselves every day, our value will also increase. We may not be aware of it but the world is taking notice of us every day.

We should do our work in such a way that people notice our work and our example is presented to others. It becomes possible only when we improve ourselves, increase our value.

Our value will increase when we live in good environment and in good company.

We can never change ourselves in a bad situation. If you want to be successful and increase your self-worth, read biographies of successful people and start following successful people.

Another example of self improvement is Neha Kakkad. She did not become a winner in Indian Idol. She was eliminated in Indian Idol. But due to her hard work and good performance, today she is the judge of India's biggest singing show Indian Idol.

He is considered among the most successful singers.

It took him 8 to 10 years to reach from the singing platform to the judge's chair. During that time he corrected all his mistakes.

In today's world, it is the sense of urgency that prevents a person from becoming successful.

Success takes time and one has to give oneself time for it. Then we get what we want and our value increases.
