The reunion of Alok and Nisha-Part 29

“How dare you rape my wife?”, yelled the mad husband-mad in love for a girl who never deserved it for she only knew how to take someone’s feelings to serve her own purpose, may it be Nisha’s or Alok’s. The gentleman, in his early thirties, kicked the half-opened door hard to throw it open. He barged in, gnashing his teeth and closing his fists at the tall, moderately fat, and fair thirty-year-old man on the bed.

Payal bulged her eyes and wiped the drop of sweat rolling down her forehead in an attempt to soak the soft skin of her golden face. She slowly got up, rubbing her boobs on her boyfriend’s balls.

“Aah! Come sweetheart! Why are you scared of this loser? Hahaha!”, mocked Gaurav, closing his eyes and pointing at Dr.Alok. He woke up from the bed and hugged Payal firmly.  Alok grabbed his enemy by the collar and thrashed him. “How dare you hug and force her in front of me?”

As Gaurav massaged his left cheek, Alok squeezed his neck and shook him. He yelled, “What did you just call me?” He forced him outside the room so that he hit the dining table behind and invited its impression on his back. “Loser?Loser?Loser?”, repeated Alok, slapping him continuously like the stream of the waterfall.

“Look at yourself!”, continued Alok, spitting on Gaurav's face. “You are a great lyricist of the local Kannada TV serials. But, this is your real face. Society will hate someone whom it admires more than the lovely Lalbagh gardens. How could you eye another man’s wife?” Alok slapped him again, this time, so hard that the latter fell down on the floor. “I am seriously shocked at this face of yours that was hidden behind your award-winning face…”

May it be a second, a minute, an hour, a day, a week, a month, a year, a couple of years, or even throughout one's life, relishing the most beautiful feeling on Earth-the love, it still matters.
While most couples are almost near the silver jubilee of their wedding anniversary, Alok and Nisha are just about to begin their love life!
Love at any age is love. Why not a middle-aged love story?!

Please pa, nanne bitbidu. Naanu enu maadlilla (Please leave me. I haven’t done anything)”, pleaded the cunning villain, as he joined his hands together and bowed at Payal’s husband. Alok kicked him, applying the entire frustration from his heart only to roll him over and over towards the main door.

“Stop it, Alok!”, shouted Payal. “What?”, asked Alok, shrugging at his beloved. Payal slapped him. “I love him!”, revealed she. Tears accumulated in Alok’s eyes as Payal bent to lend a helping hand to Gaurav. As he stood up, she clung to him, enquiring if he was fine. A thunderbolt struck Alok’s face as he walked backward until he dashed his back on the wall behind.

Gaurav kissed Payal as he offered a wicked smile at the devastating true lover-his competence. “But, wasn’t he trying to rape you?...”, enquired the innocent and young Dr.Alok.

His meek and hesitant eyes rolled hither and thither, as he highlighted, “Payal, da, you can tell me anything. I know that he is blackmailing you otherwise you have always loved me, right? So truly…you can do anything but cheat on me because we share a similar past. Your ex had cheated on you and mine too, remember that's what made us feel for each other?”

He rushed towards his cunning wife. He caught her hands, asking, “Payal, let's handle it together. Don’t do such tough drama for any reason, for that matter. We’ll be on the road yet together along with our son. Don’t hesitate….I am all yours. I threw my family away for you, medam. You can tell me anything…”

“Shut up!”, shouted Payal, slapping him again. Gaurav and Payal burst out a great round of laughter. Payal grabbed Alok by his collar. She began, “Mr.Alok Sharma, you didn’t love me. You ruined me…brought me to the streets. Neither are you so handsome as I expected my dream boy to be. Look at my choice now!”

She plugged her left hand into Gaurav’s right palm, completing, “He is rich, helps me in my music dreams, and handsome. The perfect match we are! Compare yourself with him. If he is on the terrace, you hardly resemble the sand on the ground. Neither could you provide me a shelter nor peace…”

“Please don’t do this to me, Payal. I will break if you leave me. I love you, Payal. Coming to such issues related to our financial stability, we will fix them soon. You too are a professional singer now and I have a better job by god’s grace…Let's talk listen…”, requested Alok, wiping the drop of tear near his left eye. Payal released her hands from his. She clapped and smiled, pointing at the main door.

“Get out of my house!”, ordered Gaurav, beating Alok’s chest. “You are not even a man!”, yelled Payal, nearing her finger to Alok’s face. Alok slapped her hard. “Payal, this is too much. What do you mean? How else did we have a son together?...”

Payal chuckled, revealing, “Hello saar”, pulling his cheeks and insulting him, “You are, of course, a man, in biological terms. But, in reality, you aren’t, for, you could never keep your wife happy. You kept pursuing me in college so I had to accept so I did. A true man is a guy like my Gaurav behind who runs the entire society…” She revolved around Alok, defining, “My real man is someone who can keep me happy in terms of money and charm. So, you aren’t mine!”

She pushed him to the floor. He got up and slapped her again. “Why the hell did you come into my life then?”, yelled he, squeezing her neck hard to let tears emerge from her eyes. Although Gaurav tried to release Alok's hands, he failed.

Alok continued, “Now I regret the biggest blunder of my love life. I must have chosen Nisha and not you, a materialistic lady who uses and throws people for her own cunning and selfish needs. You can only use people. You used me to get your degree. You used my poor Nisha to test my loyalty towards you. I thought that you would never harm me although you harmed the girl who loved me a tonne but, oh lord!” He bet his forehead with his right hand. “You used me too! What a cunning fox you are!”

He released her. She revealed, “Yes yes of course! Nisha truly loved you but I don’t know about idiotic true love and all. I just want love to be handsome and flourish my life with happiness…I don’t want to make my life tougher anymore by loving you. Pah! Get lost!” She opened the main door and pushed him outside.

“Take this, man!”, cheered Gaurav, chucking the brown suitcase on his face. As the neighbors assembled around, wondering what happened, Alok declared, “Payal, you never loved me for one won’t ditch one’s beloved anytime not even during tough times. You are selfish! I’m sure you will lose everything one fine day…Even if you come running to beg my pardon, I will never ever forgive you.”

Payal and Gaurav burst out another round of laughter as they hifi-ed at each other.

Alok concluded, “Mark my words, Payal. Your perspective of love is nothing more than being selfish. But, a lover is someone who stays by your side to fight the crisis may it be the Great Depression or a trivial issue such as my unemployment more than staying with you to celebrate moments of happiness. If my wife were Nisha, she would have joined hands with me to demolish the heap of pebbles blocking our path. Love is not only about ultimate happiness, instead, but it's also a beautiful journey with joys and sorrows. By virtue of misfortune, I found you, who won’t hold my hands to fight those sorrows…solve our problems together…”

“Oh, please! Stop!”, interrupted Gaurav. Payal nodded, adding, “It was your problem, not mine. It wasn’t hence our problem. By the way, please go and preach at the temple. The masses will shower flowers on you.” The wicked couple roared another round of laughter at the betrayed husband.

Alok chuckled, pointing out, “See, this is…exactly this is your problem, Payal. You don’t see your love’s problem as yours. Will you ever ditch your family at the strike of a financial cyclone? Isn’t it common in any household?... Urgh! Whom am I talking to?” Alok grabbed his luggage and walked, stating, “Of course, you will. You are an evil woman…wait, wait, not even a human in the first place!...”

He heard the door shutting hard behind him. It was followed by another round of laughter. “Hero hubby!”, Payal exclaimed, kissing Gurav’s forehead. Alok shook his head as he witnessed them through the hall’s window.

“What! Haven’t you gone yet?”, asked Gaurav, chuckling along. Payal locked the window, clarifying with a wicked smile, “That's all, Alok. We are done. Don’t expect me to withdraw my words for they are final, once and for all. Also, take your calf along. Don’t leave him here. Hahaha!” He caught the door hard. She pulled but only in vain.

“You will realize your blunder of dumping me and your son one fine day. You and I know the pain of betrayal in love”, said Alok. He sighed. “Yet you played with my heart. If you are a human, you must regret some day yet don’t ever reach out to me. I don’t even want to see your corpse, Payal.”

He gnashed his teeth and yelled, “I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!”

Although Payal and Alok separated, why did Alok refuse his responsibilities as Ayush's father?
