Shorter working hours mean that people have more leisure.Leisure is a freedom provided by cessation of activities.It means that you are free and use this free time for enjoyment . Maintain contact with your relatives and friends.Life is uncertain.The average human being lives 79 years at 365.25 days per year, or about 28,800 days. Assume we sleep at night and we do not count naps. That means, each time you go to sleep, you only have a one in 28,8000 chance of dying, or a 0.0035% chance of dying.
