FOREWORD
The almighty has sent us on the earth to accomplish innumerable and great tasks within a limited period of time. It depends on us that how we make use of our wisdom, patience, conscience etc. to accomplish our goals and succeed. Money plays an important role in the human society. Business has an important part to play in making the society prosperous and strong. ‘Vaanijya vaste Laxmi’. Similar to a potter who puts his skill to use and makes beautiful mud pots and idols, a successful industrialist or businessman also uses his creativity and his business to generate new employment, new values and new perspectives and provides new resources and facilities. He also contributes significantly in adding financial strength to his share holders, consumers, retailers, financial institutions and the government. Not the armed forces, but a strong economy makes a nation strong. If you think carefully, a businessman serves his motherland just as much as a soldier does by guarding the border or a farmer by tilling his fields. Instead of chasing after a job, if the youth of the country starts his own enterprise, however small, our nation will be free of problems like unemployment, starvation, financial crises etc. and emerge strong on the path of progress charged with a new energy. We should remain committed towards whatever task we may undertake and give it our best shot. Just like you need the right key to open a lock, no one can become a successful businessman or industrialist without the qualities like wisdom, dutifulness, correct decision making abilities, honesty, empathy etc. A few priorities that every businessman should have are deep insight into his trade, knowledge about the quality of his product, coordination with competitors, empathy towards those who
work for him, complete knowledge about business discipline, government policies, various taxes, study of rules and laws relevant to him, preparation to deal with expected emergencies especially keeping some reserve fund ready to help survive any financial crises that may befall the business anytime in future. The younger generation should always have the welfare of their nation in their heart and keep aside a share of their profit to donate for the welfare of needy women and backward classes. They should given back to the society a part of what the society has given to them. This thought will help you lead a blessed life.

MY MUSINGS
I have always had this thought in my mind that our present young generation completes its education and then with innumerable dreams in the heart it steps out in industry, business or a job to fulfill them and get to a bright future through them. This is a struggling phase of life. Through this book we have made an attempt to introduce them to the various twists and turns in the difficult path of life and have tried to guide them as to how to win over them. I have tried to express my feelings through this self written poem – Sankalp ho Kitna bhi kathin Phir bhi Sankalpit rahe man To nirantar prayaason se Safalta paa jayenge hum Isko paakar Karna nahin ghamand Warna pragati jaayegi thum Samarpit rahe Prabhu charnon mein man Kripa se unki Bhavsagar ki vaitarni Paar kar jayenge Apne buddhikaushal Aur parisharm se Daideepyaman nakshatra ke samaan Sthaan banayenge Tap, tyaag aur Tapasya se Janmaanas ke dilon mein
maan samaan payenge aur prerna srot bankar brahmaleen ho jayenge
I have made an attempt to present many true incidences and experiences and hope that they will prove relevant, inspiring and guiding for the youth. I am thankful to Rajesh Pathak 'Praveen', Shyam Sunder Jetha and Abhay Tiwari for there cooperation.
