There was a beautiful girl. Her name was Vanya. She was living with her parents in a small town Devband near Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh . She was a happy child with her surroundings. Everyone loved her. She used to go for a walk with her parents after dinner everyday. Her father used to teach her mathematical tables in very interesting way at the time of walking. She was learning these tables very enthusiastically and easily. She had learnt tables up to 32 at the tender age of 6 years only. She used to walk by jumping on the road counting 30 one za 30, 30 two za 60 and so on..........

There were many jugnoos (fireflies) sparkling in the darkness of night. They looked so beautiful and sparkling that Vanya could not stop herself from picking them. Vanya used to think that they were the flying stars on the earth. She used to pick jugnoos one by one and keep in her father's pocket. She was overjoyed to say- "wow! Papa, see the stars are twinkling so beautifully in your pocket. How wonderful are they! They can fly everywhere ; in the sky, on the trees, over the sea and on the mountains. They can go anywhere they wish to . Papa it's amazing. How sad it is that stars can't move in the sky. They are static on one place only. They are leading their life as the prisoners in jail. They would have felt very suffocated to live at one place only. It's pity on them. Papa, please pray to God that he should make them too movable. If it happens, then those stars may also come on our earth and can move freely everywhere".

Papa answered to daughter, "My little sweetheart, stars in the sky are for Gods and Goddess. They are not prisoners. They are Angels of God. God has sent some of them for you on the earth. You can see them moving because they are very near to you. Stars in the sky also move and change their places there but you can't see them moving because they are very very far from you". Vanya was happy to hear her papa's words. She knew that stars too move from one place to another. Actually they were not prisoners but Angels of God. Now she was happy and satisfied. She started jumping again with counting 32 one za 32, 32 two za 64, 32 three za 96.................
