I. H. T. G. - 1

I had nothing to do with her until she intended to undertake my number. I would definitely behave like a decent guy; but I think she herself didn't want it! I was on a billing counter in a supermarket when she came to me. The second counter was closed & it made her to come to 'my counter'. I was second in that queue. She came & said to me, "Hey listen, there is an issue with the second counter..." I asked, "So?" She continued, "So if you give me a number before you..." I said, "You can wait for your number. The queue is not much longer." She said, "I would definitely wait but there's no lady in the queue. So you can understand..." I cut her sentence, "Why should I understand? I'm here for last half an hour. You want me to give you my number in an instance!" She turned her volume up, "Are you crazy? A girl is requesting you & you're showing attitude!" I said, "You can leave if you can't handle my attitude." We were not careful about everyone was staring at us. The man on counter asked, "Is it a proper way talk with a stranger girl?" I cleared, "She's my cousin, ok?" She said, "Better you move back before I call the manager." I held the trolley tight & said, "Really? Then you should call him right now!" She shouted, "Manager!” Next moment, we both were out of the supermarket. The manager said, "Deal with your attitudes out of my market. We have many other important costumers." We looked at each other.
I threw the groceries' bag on the table. Mummy asked, "What happened, Karan?" I said, "I still don't believe that we're gonna join the same college!" She asked, "Did you meet Shilpa in the supermarket?" I said, "Don't be innocent mom, you were already known that she is joining the same college still you didn't tell me!" She cleared, "Because this was the final merit list, boy!" What would I say on it! I just left & mummy smiled. She knew that I would never miss this chance. She came to me & said, "I know son, you've problem with girls' attitude. We've talked with Shilpa. She'll take care of her behavior. But you too should try to change your mind set. All girls are not the same." I said, "Why don't girls behave normal as like boys? Why do they have a queen like attitude always?" She smiled. She was familiar with my past break up so she was careful about me.

I took my bag & left for college. I had to change two buses till college so I came to the bus stop near my home. The bus arrived within five minutes. I entered the bus & took a window seat. I was thankful that there was no girl in the bus but my fortune was not much grateful to me! The bus took next stop & a mob of college girls entered the bus. Their noise! I wonder how someone can laugh a lot without any reason! Anyways, I looked into my mobile. Soon one of those girls, her name might be Suhani, came to me & said, "Hey listen, that's my seat." Oh God! Why don't they just excuse me? I looked behind once & said to her, "It's empty all over." She said, "But I always use to sit here. This is my favorite seat." I barked, "Do hell with your favorites!" She screamed in no time, "Conductor uncle!" The conductor came there. She complained him & the conductor, like a hypnotized one, barked back on me, "Can't you see that a girl standing for a long time? How arrogant you are!" God! There is no point in dealing with such people. I took my bag & sat behind the seat of that seat. She, giving a victory attitude, sat on 'her' seat! But that was not enough. There was a single half sliding glass window for our two seats. Air coming from window was letting me feel cold so I pulled the glass backward. She immediately pulled the glass forward & said, "Hey, I'm also feeling cold!" In an instance, I left that seat too!

I came to the college by college bus. The campus was quite rich. There were separate buildings for diploma, B.E. & MBA. Another two shades were for workshop & canteen. I felt proud of myself! (I don’t know for what!) I entered the diploma building. There was a notice board on the right side wall. I checked for my name in the list. I was in division – A. Soon someone called me & I turned back. A girl in light blue salwar suit made me freeze for a while. Usually I don't stare at girls such a long time (I mean, after my break up!) but she was so simple that I couldn't stop myself from looking at her. She adjusted her 'chashma' & I came to sense. She asked (again), "Can you tell me where the division - C is?" I said somehow, "First floor.” She nodded head & left. I followed her till my classroom. I entered my classroom & Sameer (Sameer Malhotra) waved hand from a bench. We had met at the time of admission. I sat near him & asked, "Seems you came by 7 'o' clock's bus! Why?" He said, "Because everybody comes by that bus. Seems you came by 8 'o' clock's bus. Why?" I said, "Because nobody comes by that bus!" Soon Professor Tiwari entered the classroom.
