The Golden Necklace Chase
The next day I invited SKARS to my house for a meeting.It started at sharp 3:00 P.M.I had arranged 5 chairs making a round circle.There was a stool in between . They came, and sat down on the chairs .I kept the note on the stool. I started to narrate” So Skars.. here is the story behind the code.Long ago,there was a kid named Azazel.He was the one who found this evil code.He lived in Ancient Egypt.This code got passed on to generations after and was also mentioned in a book authored by an Egyptian scholar. I think somehow Kunal found the book ….Azazel used this code to curse his school. Yes Egyptians had schools thousands of years ago!! When this code is spelled a curse monster develops which takes a lunar month (29 days)days to put the place in the control of the one who spelled the code.Another fact, Egyptians had calendars thousands of years ago !! After Azazel cursed his school,he started to curse other schools too.A year later,every school in Egypt was in his control!We all are like superheroes. Hey!There are some pics on the note and there are few letters below them too! Sujal examined the note carefully like some sort of a proffesional detective like Sherlock Holmes but understood nothing. After hours of brainstorming, we decided to go to our teacher. We went to our school hoping she was there. When we entered the premises, we saw her leaving. We ran towards her. She said” What are you boys doing here?” I said” We have a question.” “What question?Today’s topic Language Arts and Social Science session was very easy. Verbs and Types Of Plants! Is it like you all have doubts in types of plants? Then here you go,shrubs, herbs, creepers and climbers! We were so bored listening to her. It was like are you serious? Studies on a mission? I said” Mam, no, it is not related to today’s topics that we learnt, it’s about something else. I asked..mam ..What are these initials for? AU, 47.”mam ⁸answered ..kids it is something you all will learn in Chemistry in grade 7...its not for you all...well,I said..mam it is necessary for us to know pls help …
Okay ...Chiraangi miss told ...Au..“It stands for gold,and its atomic number is 47 I was noting the things carefully.” Next is,AG,47.” “Mmm…..Silver.” “CU,29.” “ It’s Copper.” Everyone was shocked. I said” Mmm… Ok.. Next is PT,78.” “ Truly, it is hard to remember but I think it is Platinum.” We gasped.” The last is U,92.” “ Uranium.” Ritvik said” Oh my god! We are going to meet The Avengers!” Ms Chirangi said” Uranium is not only found in Iron Man’s body which is totally impossible and it is not real,it is found in mines, river beds etc!” Ritvik said” Oh no! My dream would come true! But it is not real! Why is my dream not real? Why?” We all laughed. I said” Thank you Ms Chirangi for your time!” “Always there! Bye kids! See you tomorrow! And wait! Tomorrow I will teach parts of a plant in science and phrasal verbs in LA! Be Prepared !Gonna ask you all the hard ones tomorrow! We said” Bye!” And once she went, we slammed our hand on our foreheads. We quickly ran to our SKARS table and matched everything. Sujal said” So,the first pic is of our Coordinator’s room and there we need to find a golden thing as AU, 47 is written below the first pic and then a silver thing in The Principal’s Room and then a Copper thingy in Class 1-A and then Platinum in Vice Principal’s room.So, today we will check the Coordinator's room in search of a gold thing.” We quickly sat on our bicycles and reached school. It was already dark which was good for us, as nobody would be in the school and we could carry our search mission uninterruptedly . Sujal said”No appreciation?” Sparsh said” Ok. Very nice. Now come on!”We all went inside the schoolEveryone was scared.They all were standing well behind me.I signalled them to move forward.When we reached the coordinator room,we saw a movement.Ritvik whispered”I am….”I lied down and whispered”Shhh!”We saw the movement carefully.It was the monster which would curse the school! I said”It's the Curse Monster!”Everyone gasped.Sujal ran in the room and got the golden thing which was a necklace before the monster could take.We ran out but the monster was running behind us.Arnav then fell down.I went and held his hand.The monster almost reached us when Sparsh jumped and attacked at it with a duster.Arnav said”Thanks for saving my life Kiaan and Sparsh.”I said”The credit goes to Sparsh for saving yours and my life.Thanks Sparsh.”Sparsh said “Your welcome.”We ran outside the school and said”Goodbye and goodnight” Everyone took their bicycle and went home.
