And then his phone rang"Tring Tring". He pick up the call and said will be there in an hour or two. He got ready as usually and was leaving from the home passing by the mirror on his way. As he stepped ahead of mirror, he heard a voice from his room. He was so confused where it came from?? He doubted if if there is some intruder in his room and started to search. Again a laugh heard behind him and it was coming from the mirror. He approached the mirror and was surprised to see that his reflection in the mirror is laughing soo loud. He was frightened and thought it as a ghost. He keenly observing his reflection in the mirror and now he thought that it's just an illusion.
Then the reflection in the mirror said " Hey don't worry it's just you, I am your reflection. I need to talk to you and so I am here".
The man replied, " Then why are you speaking , it's very confusing I think I have to vist a good psychiatrist."
Reflection: Hey don't be such a jerk. I am just your refection trying to talk to you.
Man: It's really weird. Am I dreaming?? Ok, leave it. What do you want to talk about?
Relfection: Why don't you look at yourself in the mirror all these days?
Man: This is what you want to ask?
Reflection: Yes.
Man: I have a lot of work that I can't even look at myself.
Reflection: Oh is it so?? Tell me the truth I am not some other to be a fool listening whatever you tell. I am you don't forget that.
Man sat on a chair opposite to the mirror.
Reflection: What are doing buddy? Where is the charm in your smile? Why are tears filled up in your eyes?
Man: No, I am alright.
Reflection: Are you sure??
Man: Yeah, everything is alright it's what I say to myself every day, every minute and every second of my life now. It's because I am not at all alright. Yes I lost charm of smile loading her. You know we are apart. The work I chose wasn't of my type but to lead my life I needed it the most. I used to do things which gives me happiness. I used to create a positive atmosphere around me. But now everything has faded the cause for all this shit happening in life is just me. I can't see a tear rolling down in anyone's eye. But there isn't one who care for me when I am crying. I feel alone all day long and no one has ever cared for me. I started to hate myself to an extent that I don't even what to see myself in the mirror.
Reflection: I know how you used to be in the past and how you are now. You are not fooling others but you are fooling yourself. All these days you felt alone, but you are not. You always had a company.
Man: No one comes to visit me then who are you talking about?
Reflection: I am talking about you. You are the only one who can accompany you. You fool stop expecting that someone will come for you. In this dilemma you forgot to love yourself. The one who is always with you in this world is you. It doesn't make sense of wainting for someone but to love yourself and enjoying own company. Self love is far better than cunninglus relations. Yes even now you can do what your heart says but sometimes you need to hear to your brain too. Stop letting your pain conquer you instead stamp it under your feet and conquer it.
The man realised what his biggest mistake was and started to enjoy his own company instead of wasting and waiting for someone.
