They both sat down to enjoy the delicious meal , Alaska gulping it down as quickly as she can so she could btell everything later . " Ma I want to tell you something" and then the story went on with ma exchanging looks as if she had knew it all from the start. "....... It's here my child the number of answer I seek is the number of questions that increase. The power may be overwhelming for you , or might harm you for your impulsiveness , I need to make sure you , the four realize it soon and keep up with the legend . Alaska please be wise and don't let the darkness that lies beneath unfold else the curse will be unbearable and will be passed on to the generations . It's good that while seeking my answers atleast I came to know about the four , it would be much easier now to locate them and explain them the same ." Long live the four , long may they reign"
After the day passed by Alaska was just steeping outside the door when she heard ma say " Alaska don't forget to invite your classmates for your birthday party this weekend " " Yessir ! Bye"
The moment she stepped out her pendant glew again and she saw earth , just earth with trees on it . " Now what does this mean , I'm exhausted but I need to keep my laziness aside and find out .
Granville high was one of the best thing happened to her since last few days , she got friends , and a little kind of peace she wanted but whenever she passed by the principal she felt a kind of weird vibe which she thought was because of his funny appearance which was kind of true . She did miss her dad sometimes when they sat together in break and her friends kept talking about the way their dad loved them , the sweet banter that the had, the lame jokes their dad cracked , they always had something to say but would turn quiet everytime looking the lost look on her face ,which she obviously told was okay with them talking. She did as ma told and invited her classmates , who were all very generous and kind to her .
Lectures were over, the bell rang , the silent corridor now filled with chaos and noises . But amidst all the noises she could hear someone say , rather whisper ...only to her " Alaska ...........
