9 Daily Habits That Will Make You Successful at Work
You might have experienced that if you have a shitty morning, your rest of the day just gets worse with time. This is because everything we do in a day is inter-related to each other.
Hence, a bad experience in the morning has an effect on everything you do for the rest of the day. The good side of this is you can train yourself into adapting daily healthy habits.
These habits will ensure that you arent affected by your bad experience. This willeffect on your work productivity and let you grow at work regardless of what happens in life.
These daily habits are:
1. Minimum Seven Hours Sleep :
Our body requires sleep to heal itself and generate energy for the day ahead. If you sleep for less than seven hours, your body would be restless, and this would make your vulnerable to injuries even at minimal movements
Plus, your mind wouldnt be rest to deal with the stress and problem for the day ahead. Hence a minimum of seven hours of sleep is very important.
But in mobile life, we use our mobile 7 hours per day and 5 hours sleep.
2. Make A To-Do List :
When we are dealing with multiple works, it is quite easy to forget a few things to do in a day. Making a to-do list avoids this situation and make you organized.
This confidence helps you a lot in your day. Plus, whenever you feel lazy about work, just look at the things remaining in the list, and you would be motivated enough to resume work.
3. Dont Engage In Multi-Tasking :
People often pride themselves as they are an expert in multi-tasking.
We are also thinking our ways, first we want to change our mindset, our life 's example as routine
~ You wake up early morning trying to do your Pooja / Path/Yoga but your mind is elsewhere and before you know it, you're done with it without being mindful of it. (A Mindset :Habits)
~ You're very kind to outsiders/people in general and speak with them gently but with your own family you're always harsh/rude. (A Mindset : Habit)
~ You honour and treat your guests well but when they leave, you gossip about them and talk about their flaws. (A Mindset : Habit)
~ You try to read as much religious books, listen to Satsang /Keertan, participate in social services/ Sewa but you swear, insult, curse daily. (A Mindset, Habit)
~ You help others but you're doing it to gain something in return from them and not doing those acts of kindness selflessly. (A Mindset : Habit)
~ You frequently advice/preach others on religious matters but practice none yourself.
(A Mindset : Habits)
~ You slander other devout persons out of hatred/spite when your views do not meet one another. (A Mindset : Habits)
~ You look down on others and feel more superior than them, judging their level of knowledge about religion based on external appearances (A Mindset : Habits)
*We struggle to fill our Jeevans (the Mindset) with Kamaayi of religious knowledge (the water), hoping it will retain inside but it is leaked by the many flaws (the holes) that we commit daily.*
We think so much but we never enter in our life
*An excellent reminder for all, including myself, to change Mindset for daily habits make us successful.
