Nishty - Part 5. Office Office

The thief put his hand in the Nishith's pocket for the second time so Nishith thought for a moment. After arriving at the office in the morning, her father's phone rang and accordingly, on her way back from the office, He had to pay fifty five hundred rupees to the grocer. And in the afternoon, at lunch time, he took money from a nearby ATM center and put it in the thief pocket of pant. Just a moment ago, Nishit grabbed the thief's hand and was still trying again. he felt there must have been some compulsion on the part of this man that he was taking such a risk. He decided in no moment he would no longer hold the man's hand and stop him from taking out a handful of money. He had also seen the face of the thief and got on the bus and sat on a seat with a gesture as if nothing had happened. He got down at the bus stop near his house, first went to the ATM center, withdrew money, paid at the grocery store and left for home.
The next day he left for the office a little earlier than usual as he left bike at office so he had to catch bus. He was a little upset by yesterday's events, so he took a seat on the chair and asked the office boy to bring him a hot coffee. This was not his daily routine. It rarely happened two or four times a year that Nishith would prefer coffee in office. After the office boy brought coffee, he gave him the bike key and some money and asked him to go to the nearby auto garage and have the bike repaired. He was still not interested in his work. Rajesh came and saw Nishith's sad face and got his unwilling mood.
‘Are you okay sir?’
"Yes," Nishith nodded .But even Rajesh did'n't leave so easily.
‘Looks like sir’s not in the right mood today. Bring it on, I'll fix it right now. '
Saying this, Rajesh challenged his self-written shayari ..
"sara shahr rang jaaye, itni lagati tu lipstick’
‘Wow wow ... wow .. wow ....’ Hearing the first line, Nishith anticipated interesting second line.
‘I repeat ...... sara shahr rang jaaye, itni lagati tu lipstick"
‘What next’ nishith switching the mood....
"Yeah ... sara shahr rang jaaye, itni lagati tu lipstick
Gori, aise me kaise karu tujh se main lip satik"
Saying ‘wow wow ....’ Nishit pretended to fall unconscious. And in the meanwhile, the whole face, including the lip stick of the receptionist, turned red.
Now the company was back to normal. Nishith checked the health of all the machines and came back to his place. was doing his paperwork when he heard a commotion in the production manager's cabin and ran to the side. Going there, production manager Jigar Jani laid everything in the cabin on the table on an A1 size paper. When Nishit inquired about Jigar, he found out that the work load is to the extent that he handles with hard work butt it has become difficult to make timely reports in the last few years. And Mr. Shroff is harassing him every day saying ‘Every thing must be on paper ..... Every thing must be on paper’ so today he has to come and show that everything is on paper.
Everyone laughed out loud at the unique way of protesting. So Mr. Shroff himself came there and understood what was bothering Jigar due to workload. He immediately consulted with General Manager Mehta Saheb and asked the HR manager to advertise for the post of Assistant Production Manager and told everyone to disperse and go to their respective work places.
In addition to the routine work, the surrounding was always dynamic due to the new developments happening on a daily basis. Overall, everyone was working together. Disagreements seldom turn into disputes. The stubbornness that resulted from the workload never led to the conflict that the company was progressing towards.
Days passed and Nishith was on the verge of forgetting about the interview. Today, Nishith was barely sitting in the chair and Rajesh came ... looking a little disappointed. Nishith asked ... "What's the matter?" meanwhile Service Manager Mr. Manoj arrived and asked Nishith,
‘How are you Mr. main-tension manager?’
Manoj always tries to annoy Nishith in this way but the cold-minded Nishith is not bothered at all. But Nishith was not in the mood today. He decided to return and give a scathing replyr. He replied ..
‘Absolutely good Vishanan’
‘Vishanan?’ Manoj asked in surprise .. Rajesh was amazed.
‘Yes .... Vishanan ... Ravana had then heads hence was called Dashanan. You have twenty of them hence you are Vishanan..’
"Hey, I was just joking and you were treated badly ..." Manoj was tense now.
‘Hey, I’m joking too ...’ Nishith laughed out loud.

‘On .. Vishanan? nothing else and vishanan? 'Manoj was asking ..
‘Ha Vishanan ... you are the same onlyi’
‘How?’
‘Apart from you, how many people are there in the service department?
'Nineteen'
"So how many there totally including you?"
'Twenty'
‘And you are the head of the department, aren't you, So as a head, you own all twenty heads'
‘Huh huh ....’
"Oh, it doesn't end there ..."
‘So?’
"What is the name of your department?"
‘Service department’
‘Yes, service means SAR-TWENTY ... twenty sar (HEADS) wala .... Vishanan ... now understand ? OR Shall I explain? '
Saying ‘Got it ... Got it’, Manoj lef the ground.
"Jabar dast .... jabar dast," Rajesh told Nishith, rubbing his thumb and forefinger together and making a mudra posture.
‘I don’t like to let anyone down like this but I felt it was needed today.’ Nishith spoke ..
"Oh, we have to do this ... even if we don't bite, we have to keep blowing," said Rajesh.
‘Whatever it is ... I don’t like it at all .. well why weren’t you in the mood today?’
"Hey, let it go, Nishithbhai"
‘No .. you'll have to say ..’
Saying ‘OK .. then listen ..’ Rajesh scolds the poetry in English ..

‘ I have been looted by those..
who were my close fellow.’
‘wow wow.... wow wow....’ Nishith
‘I have been looted by those..
who were my close fellow.
my boat has been sunk there
where the water was shallow...’

'Oh ... oh ... oh ... oh ...' shouted Nishith was pouring all praises. Afrin .. this is his favorite film Ajay Devgn starrer Dilwale's Hindi Shayari .. ' Kumein to apnone loonta gairomen kahan dum tha, meri Kasti thi doobi wahi jahan pani kum tha .. 'was the English version created by Rajesh ...
Nishith's phone rang .. Rajesh picks up the phone .. It was General Manager Mehta Saheb's phone. Rajesh speaks while placing the receiver of the phone.
‘Nishithbhai .. Mehta Saheb calles .. You have been called to his cabin ... The mood was not right’
Saying 'good good', Nishith moves to Mehta Saheb's cabin. Rajesh starts muttering slowly.
‘Chalo .. Bulawa Aaya Hai .... Mhetane Bulaya Hai .. Jai Mhetaji ....’
Nishith runs away pretending to raise his hand against Rajesh.
Mehtasaheb gestures to Nishith to sit in the chair opposite to him.
Saying ‘Ji sir ..’ Nishith takes a seat in the chair.
‘I am proud of you Nishith .. I am very happy with the way you work. It's really commendable that you make your work effective through your original ideas. '
'Thank you sir'
‘Your way of working has significantly reduced the breakdowns of machines. Shroffsaheb was also praising you. '
Nishith was going to get up from his chair saying ‘Hmm .. sir, what else was there to say? He simply believed in trying his best.
''Don't move away. I have to discuss eith you for something'.
‘tell me, sir’
‘Nishith, you know that the work of maintenance and service department is almost the same. But the work of your department is as orderly as it is. There is just as much business in the service department. '
"No, it's not like that ... I have to sit here look after the internal work, while in the service department one has to sit here in the office and resolve the complaints of outside companies which is not so easy."
‘that is the spirit...
'Normally people are ready to hurt others when you always think positively and that's what sets you apart from others, Nishith. '
‘Yes sir, what do I have to do?’
"Nothing special ... you have to train Manoj a little by keeping him with you. He is smart but he still has a lot to learn."
‘Sir .. he is even older than me .. I can't train him’
‘Oh no what’s up? That's the decent thing to do, and it should end there. "
‘But will he be a little ready to learn with me when he is a senior fellow ?’
'Why not? I am calling him here right now .. 'Mehta Saheb calls Manoj. Meanwhile, Nishith thinks .. "Even so, Manoj is always annoyed and this Mehta Saheb too ..' He felt trapped..
Mweanwhile Manoje arrives.
‘Mehta Saheb ..’
'Manoj, ... from now on you have to work with Nishith for a while .. you both have a lot in common in your work profile so you can better understand the difficulties that come working with each other. The work of our maintenance department is modernized and happening in a unique way so you'll know a lot too. '
Nishith went to Mehta Saheb's style of convincing. He felt that there was still much to learn to succeed in life.
There was nothing left for Manoj to say ‘OK sir .. Aise hi karenge’.
"So Nishith, You'll have Manoj with you every day in the pre-lunch session and you will have to report to me separately every two days."
Saying 'OK sir', Manoj and Nishith walked out of Mehta's cabin.
‘Stick to your daily work today .. from tomorrow we will do as Mehta sir's advice’ Nishith and Manoj left for there respective places ..
‘What’s up ?victory over victory today ' Rajesh rushed to Nishit
"There is no such thing as victory or defeat. If we work in a company, we should be ready to do anything for the good of the company."
"Salam hai boss" Rajesh salutes Nishith and stands up and then laughs loudly in his prominent style.

The next morning Nishith sits down with Manoj and explains how he manages his department ... how to make a health chart of each machine .. which work is assigned to which artisan and how to make a report of each work. How many things can work for the service department .. He assures Manoj that his intention is not to take advantage of the opportunity he got through Mehtasaheb to enhance his importance but what is best for himself in the interest of the company is enough. "I also have a lot of shortcomings. If we study the activities of the maintenance department in the pre-lunch session, we will study the service department in the post-lunch session. I can learn a lot from an experienced couple like you. '
Manoj was overwhelmed by Nishith's diligence and humility. According to the program made by Nishith, if both of them continued to work, there was a big difference in Manoj's work in ten days. Mehta Saheb was also very happy with this change .. and Rajesh would have just sat on the tap to take advantage of such a situation ..
‘Manoj sahab aajkal to aapke hi charche hai company mein ... party to banati hai ..’

"Okay .. so tomorrow is Saturday ... we don't have a big party ... we're going to have a meal with the famous "Raja's Bhel ... done?"
‘Done ...’ Manoj had no choice but to accept ....
