the Clever tailor

Folk tale

the Clever tailor

A tailor named Satyaprakash was a great expert in clothes chest. He used to sew new clothes. Due to this, there was always a crowd of customers. He had a bad habit of intelligence, he used to cleverly steal clothes. When a customer would measure the cloth to make it, Satyaprakash would keep a little bit of cloth left in every cloth while cutting. Due to this habit, people used to call Satyaprakash as Sattu tailor.

The accountant named Sampat Prasad considered himself very clever. Once, he made a bet between his friend that out of the clothes he will sew this time, Sattu tailor will not be able to steal even a little cloth.

Sampat Munim bought a shirt for himself and went to the Sattu tailor shop. Sattu took the measure of the accountant and seeing the cloth said that the shirt will be sewn out of it. Sampat understood that Sattu is saying very easily that the shirt will be sewn, that means some more cloth can be saved from this cloth. After a minute, the bookkeeper said, "Why can Sattu sew a vest in addition to a shirt from this cloth?"

"Why Sattu cannot sew can definitely be stitched."

Accountant Sampat still saw suspicion. He said it would be nice if you could even take out a handkerchief with a shirt vest. "

Sattu said - "I will remove."

Now the accountant was very happy and when he returned home, Sattu returned the paper paper on which the size of the shirt was written. Sampat asked - "Don't you need it?"

Sattu said - "It is no longer needed."

Sampath understood that Sattu must have remembered the size of my shirt. That is why it is returning the form. He happily came back with a paper.

Fifteen days later, when Sampat Munim went to the tailor to get his stitched clothes, the tailor returned the stitched clothes tied in a packet and took his stipend's wages.

With great pride Sampat reached among his friends with a bundle of clothes and said - "I made three clothes out of a shirt. The tailor must have forgotten all the bullying. "

When the bundle was opened on the request of friends, if you cut the property, there is no blood. The shirt, vest and handkerchiefs came out in it, but the size of the clothes was not according to Sampat accountant and was the size of a small child. Sampat's friends laughed and said, "We had made a condition to make your size shirt." Do not make your child's dirty shirt. You have cheated us, so you have lost the bet. "

When Sampat was very angry, he went to the Sattu tailor and started saying bad things. Sattu said in a sweet voice - "Munim ji, I had returned the form of your size to you. So how could I make a shirt of your size? And then how would three of the clothes of a shirt be made? "

Embarrassed, the accountant returned but decided to teach a lesson to the Sattu tailor.

A few days later, Sampat Munim's owner Lakhpatiram had a son's marriage. Clothes were stitched for the whole family members of Seth. Seth gave the responsibility to the bookkeeper to sew clothes from the sattu in front and take care that the sattu cloth could not be saved.

Sampat said - "I will sit near Sattu the whole time and will not let him save the cloth. I promise that if I save the Sattu cloth while I am there, I will get my mustache twisted. "

When Sattu came to know about this vow of bookkeeper, he smiled. He started to remember Sampath Munim's black and big shaggy mustache.

Seth Lakhpatiram bought the entire space of a design cloth from the shopkeeper of the cloth to make clothes all over the house. And the fabric of that design is not left in the market. And if the tailor saves the cloth, then know immediately.

Sampat Munim started sitting with the Sattu Tailor daily. Clothes began to be cut and stitched. Sampat accountant used to get his food tied daily and come to the shop and sit in front of Sattu and eat food while eating. That is, it does not move away from the shop even for a moment. While closing the shop at night, the bookkeeper would lock his whole cloth in front of him in an ark and take the key himself and go home.

It was three or four days before work started that Sattu's twelve-thirteen-year-old boy stood outside the shop and said - "Dad is calling you Amma."

Say Sattu, I am working. "

The boy left but after some time returned again. He then started calling his father. Sattu then returned it. The boy returned again after base hour.

Now Sattu said angry with him - "If you run away from here, I will beat you up so that you will be fine." "

But the boy was not upset.

Sattu got angry and picked up one of his shoes in front and hit the boy. The boy grabbed the shoe and ran away. Accountant was watching this episode with a laugh.

In the evening when the boy came again, the tailor threw the second shoe and killed it and the boy also took away that shoe.

A few days later, when all the clothes were sewn, the proudly dressed up Munim ji came to Seth and said, "I have not allowed Sethji Sattu to save even a little cloth."

Seth was very happy and started asking that when will Sattu come to get his wages? So the bookkeeper told that he will come tomorrow and take wages.

The next day Sattu came to get wages, so Seth and Munim were surprised to see him - he was wearing the same cloth shirt that Seth had sent to Sattu.

Seth asked Sattu "How did you save this cloth even after the strict vigil of our accountant?"

Smiling Sattu said - "Seth ji, if a man is determined to commit a bullying, then he does his work even after the vigil.

The bookkeeper had become watery. He said - "But how did it happen Sattu Bhai?"

Sattu said - "Munim ji you will remember that I had killed my boy twice by throwing a shoe." On getting his first chance, I hid two meters of cloth in both the shoes. Just four meters of cloth had reached our house. I made this shirt with him only. "

What was then, according to the pledge, Sampat Munim had to turn his mustache and everyone praised the cleverness of Sattu.

Once upon a time, some cloth came from abroad from Seth Lakhpatiram. The design of that fabric was the most unique and different. While giving the shirt for the chest, Seth Lakhpatiram instructed that - "Sattu, whatever wages you take, but do not save even a little cloth from this cloth, yes even if you steal the cloth then remember that this foreigner of mine Clipping the fabric, the person wearing the cloth, I will scrape his clothes. ''

Sattu was understanding that he always adds pieces of stolen clothes to his clothes, so Seth's point is towards him.

But Sattu was Sattu, he even saved a piece of Seth's clothes, and he started thinking where to put this piece, suddenly on the same day, police inspector Ranjit Singh gave a shirt for chest, so Sattu's calf blossomed. Has gone. He made a fine piece of Seth Lakhpatiram's cloth and put it in the shirt of Daroga ji. He took a piece of the cloth of Daroga ji in his use. Seth paid him a wreath.

A few days later, the city once had a grand celebration. Seth Lakhpatiram came wearing his new (foreign cloth) shirt in that jashan. He was hovering over the neck of a thick chain of gold on the shirt's collar. He was saying to his friend Seth Ganeshimal - My shirt is worth thousands of rupees. The cloth of this cloth will not be found in the whole city. "

Then both of them were shocked. Inspector Ranjitsingh was attending the celebration and he was also wearing a new shirt. Lakhpatiram's foreign cloth collar was worn in his shirt.

If Seth Lakhpatiram is bitten, there is no blood. He did not have the courage to keep an eye on his friend Ganeshimal. He quietly slipped out of the celebration. In his mind he was abusing the Sattu tailor for a long time, but could not dare to say anything when he came in front. Seeing Lakhpatiram, the Sattu tailor, on the other hand, was often smiling at his cleverness.
