Our Intellect and Intelligence:
The I-I, often difficult to separate.
The I-I has varied facets: intrinsic, cognitive intelligence (CI/IQ), emotional intelligence (EI/EQ), contemplative/meditative intelligence (CMI), spiritual intelligence (SI/SQ), and now evolution-conscious (-ness) intelligence (ECI). The body and mind (BM) are related by psycho-somatic links, and the mind and intellect (MI) by thoughts, of the total BMI.
The nature is intelligent without being vocal about intelligence, it is beyond the grasp of our own intelligence. The tremendous I-I is so vividly exhibited (automatically), that there is not a single aspect that can be said that it is void of even a little I-I.
What does intelligence mean?:
a) the memory, the repeatability, the learning; and b) the recalling, the adaptation, the logic, and the thinking.
All these, perhaps work concurrently, and are intricately woven. The intellect/intelligence has to summon the wisdom for choosing right from wrong, and good from bad.
Where does the wisdom come from?, perhaps, from the past experiences of the self, from constant learning, total alertness, and being continually aware of the deeds and acts in this worldly forest wherein the dangerous predators roam freely to devour our own personalities.
When the thoughts cease, the mind ceases, and the judgement prevails, then the sum total intellect in the Universe remains as ever the ‘thinking’ eternity, or even remains as the ‘non-thinking’ and ‘silence’ (silent one), the shunya (zero) eternity! This is a beautiful concept of higher philosophical dimension, or ‘dimension-less-ness’!
The intrinsic intellect (often thought as given by the ‘God’, or the ‘Creator’; inherited in our biological brains) is being recognized as three fold:
i) one as the basic physiological process (-ing) capacity: intellect governing the intelligent functioning of the body logistics.
ii) the second as intrinsic thought process (-ing) intellect: governing our logic functioning.
iii) the third as the intelligence governing our acquiring of information and knowledge from the external world.
All the living humans have all these three folds of thinking: in different measures; low to high, with varying quality and quantum.
The intelligence further acts in three ways:
a) the cognitive one governing the routine skill function and scientific/technological investigations and understandings.
b) the emotional one governing the family management and human resource development.
c) the spiritual one beaconing the self-development, and self-realization.
The spiritual intelligence further has three explicit aspects:
i) the high level of poetic, and philosophical thinking pursuits.
ii) the high level of purity of mind, compassion, and loving process.
iii) the self-realization, ultimate experience of the ‘Truth’ – whatever (it might be, or even might not be!) perhaps, the cause of this Universe might be.

Radiance of intellect
It illuminates thoughts and feelings – in humans: the thought that I am happy, ‘am aware of ideas and my actions’. The light of intellect illuminates all our faculties: we ‘see’ our deeds and their actions.
We can see our follies and mistakes, we know where we went right or wrong, we feel this and all that around us and are aware of all this because constantly we live in this radiance.
Alas, still often we remain ignorant of and do not register our mistakes, we in fact overlook these.
This radiance is the aura of our cognitive intelligence, of the waves of our emotional intelligence and ultimately it is the wisdom of our spiritual intelligence.
For it is through this radiance of our spiritual intelligence that we can attain the ‘Godhood of Love’ (GOL).
