After taking a few breaths Ivan finally entered the office after knocking on the door.
Ivan : Boss, the problem is solved. The construction side has send the report.
Charles : Good, you have worked hard. Sigh, I will also take a break now. Go back, we will leave.
Ivan : Okay sir. I will prepare the car.
Even though Charles said that they were going to take break but his mind was not at ease. The seen were his planned failed and Z never appeared was playing in his mind constantly. Due frustration he closed his eyes and leaned back on the rotating chair. He still managed to look perfect at the same time.
In the base Chase was seeming to have light conversation with Bai.
Chase : I don't have a problem. Didn't I tell you that your personal life has nothing to do with me?
Bai : Okay, then. It's settled.
The door was opened by Obi and Park this time Chase didn't show any response to it. As the security system Chase was installing in the base was already tested on Bai. The time Chase was alert when Bai was entering he was checking security system of the base. Now, he need not to worry about that. Both of them entered and closed the door behind them.
Chase : Welcome.
Chase stand up from the his seat which was in front of the computer set-up and moved to the table where they can discuss.
Park : I can't really digest the fact that this run down apartment is actually a secret base from inside.
Obi : Me too.
And being settled down in the seats Chase started the conversation.
Chase : I have something to discuss with you today.
Park : About the patient.
Park was biting the back of the pencil while pointing towards the pickpocket who was unconscious. This made Bai irrated a bit as it was an awful comment for doctor to hear.
Bai : That's actually a person we caught yesterday.
Park : So that's not a patient.
Bai : He is a patient but it's different.
Seeing both of them like bickering like that, Chase put his both hand on the table and stand up. His aura was feeling terrible at this moment. His expression was unknown as his bangs were covering his eyes. This made Park sit straight, he put the pencil on the table.
Chase : Guys, can I first explain the situation to you? Please!
When Chase saw everyone one was listening, he started to tell the details. He didn't changed his voice no matter what he going to say, making it look like he was having a casual talk.
Chase : The man sitting on the chair is Denis Anosov, age 33, he was a chief in mayor's house for one and half year, family is in countryside. Now the real thing is he is a drug addict for one and half year which was still not confirmed.
Hearing this made everyone serious but Obi had a confusion about the situation. While Park was in a deep thought about what just Z said.( Park have a habit of calling Chase as a Z during work situation)
Obi : Are you thinking of investigating the case yourself?
Chase : Something like that.
That clicked Park a little bit. He was actually worried but calm on outside.
Park : Z, that's dangerous. What if someone get suspicious of you?
Obi : We shouldn't forget the person russian side has is pretty powerful.
Chase knew Park and Obi really had a point. He stopped for a moment an then resume his talk.
Chase : Sigh, we will be more careful. And most importantly the police are going to close the case, so no worries.
Park : What are your findings until now?
Bai : The person's addiction is too strong as if he has been taking the drugs in daily basis. I have taken the samples the results will come in few days. I think he will wake up in an hour.
Bai give a glance on his wrist watch to check the time. Chase sat down on the chair again. His expression was finally good.
Chase : I am also going to meet a person named Luca.
Park : Who is he?
Chase : First let me meet him. I will tell you later.
Park nodded on that and their conversation went on. When they decided to take a break, Bai opened his mouth to make an announcement which made Obi shocked.
Bai : I am moving out, to the hospital dorm.
Park : That's great.
Obi didn't say anything on this and remained silent.
