We have seen if we can be happy in every moment than it is usefull. Every motivator says in the morning you must tell your self good sentences and most gratitude words. Be happy in the morning. I am not agry with this, if you happy only for some time and you gratitude for some time and full day you are worrying worrying and worrying than how it does work. It is full time job, not full time but job of each and every moment to be happy.

Suppose you are working in corporate office now your boss has told you to achive one goal to make a sale of your product which should be double in year. Now very first day you will be in tension. You will think my god, how this will be possible. Your sleep will be gone due to tension. Now if, I will say you now be happy than you won't belive me and you will say how foolish you are. Now I am in tension than how can I be happy but I am telling you be happy and dance than you will have all solution. If you be worried and worried than you will never get answer. But if you become happy than all doors will open. Just try it. From years of years you have done one thing only. Now do some differnt.

And as I say early you have to be habituated to be happy. If you are happy in the morning and full day you worry than there is no value. When you become unhppy for one hour than it does long and long hours and hours will be passed and you will remain in sad mood. So you have to be aware from moment to moment. This is very really hard task. Really hard task but if you will practice practice and practice than you will be happy full time.

The basic thing is to be happy. And to be happy there must positive thoughts. When one negative thoughts comes, the series of negative thoughts starts and it becomes never ending story. One negative thoughts brings hundred of negative thoughts and you become unhappy and it will remain so many days. And it gives result of depression.

Friends,If you want to become happy make the following rules

1. Decide now that I will be in happy mood for 365 × 24 ×7.

2. I will practice practice and practic full day cause I know very well that practice is only solution to beome master of anything..

3. Tell yourself, I know very well that negative thoughts brings unhappiness and it will lead to frusration, strief unhappiness, tension, and this all leads to depression. And I know very well that if I will be no aware than negative thoughts will comes from everywhere. So I decide to aware of my thoughts from moment to moment and only positive thoughts I will allow.

So friends, by this way you can be happy from moment to moment and make your first goal this and remember all goals to be big man, to have more and more money, name, prestige and golal to live 100 years has no value at all without this.

All the best and remain happy for 365 ×24×7. And enjoy moment to moment.
