2.) Gain brief information about the product he is buying, through online data and verifies and clears his doubts about that product from experts and relatives that are professionals. And request them, for their suggestions and guidance. He waits for few hours/days to get good suggestions.
3.) After getting all the information and verifying from everyone, the common thing that is suggested by most, get a place in the list in my mind.
