Problem the word is really problematic. Nobody wants problem. If you say anybody that do you want problem in your life. Than nobody will say I want problem.
But everybody has problem. Nobody can be saved by this. I never say we should invite the problem. And I recomend that never invite problem, and never say let problem come I am not worried cause if you invite problem subconscious mind search problem from anywhere. But problem is unavoidable and it comes sure, so we have to learn how to deal with problem.First of all when problem comes we should understand that this is not problem. This is only a fact. When you give anything name problem, it becomes psychological big and hard.
Suppose you are facing any dam problem, now if you think you are facing a big problem than automatically it becomes big, so first of all don't give name problem to fact. Think, this is not problem this is fact. The first attitude must be there and you will be relaxed half.
Now if you think why this is happened to me than be relaxed and think I am not the first person who is facing this type of problem. I am one of the crores people who are facing this type of facts so further you will be more relaxed. If you think other way why this is to me, than you will be in vicious circle. So never think this way.
Second thing think like this way, so many have so much problem, like many are disabled, so many are living in slum, so many are blind. Really I am lucky that I have no problem like this. When you think like this, sure you will be relaxed.
See problem is there and only your mental attitude can save you, nothing else. Write twice, only and only mental attitude can save you.
This types of thoughts will give you too much strength and you will feel nice. When problem comes generally we think negative negative and negative, than we become sad sad and sad. It makes no sense. If you can be little aware of your thoughts than you can solve all problems. And always your mind wondering in negativity.So best, take one pen and note book and write more and more positive thoughts than you will feel happy.
When problem comes, do first thing make your mind happy and positive. What we generally does, when problem comes we start to think negative and we go deep and deep in negativity and we suffers from mental disorder and even goes into depression.
So friends when problem comes, don't do anything don't take any step don't run here and there do first only one thing beware of your thoughts and be relax and comfortable and have a positive thoughts for your problem.
The first and very first thing don't do anything, do this and than think of solution.
See friends, everything is mind. Everything is thoughts. If you win your mind than you don't have to go here and there. So first win your mind and than search solutions. We never know or never think this is all mind game and always crying for our problem but if you mentally well and balanced than all problem will be small and if you mentally weak than a small problem will become big mountain. So repeatedly I am saying first of all make your mind relaxed and happy.
