Karan stared at that report for a while. It was a psychiatric lab report which was saying that Karan should control his mental imbalance. Karan kept that report on table and opened another report. It was a report from ear specialist. The report was saying that Karan should avoid high intensity sounds as his hearing capacity has become weak and such sounds may result in permanent deafness. Karan kept that report on table too! He went to kitchen, held a glass under tap & opened the tap. The fully opened tap started filling the glass by water making a sound. Karan immediately lowered the flow of water. The sound of water decreased. Karan filled the glass and started drinking it; soon his mobile started ringing loudly. The steel glass falled from his hand and it made noise. Karan closed his ears by hand. He ran to his mobile and rejected the call. Sound stopped. He thought a while and kept mobile on silent mode. He gently took a chair and sat on it. He was abnormally looking everywhere. A crow sitting in his window started screaming and it took attention of Karan. Karan slowly took TV remote kept on table and thrown to that crow. The crow flied away but the remote dashed to window. It switched the LED TV on and hence, made noise. Karan screamed closing his ears. He ran to TV and searched for buttons but it was LED TV! He quickly pulled the main wire. Sound of TV stopped.
Till now, Karan was so scared. He took a ear drop from his medicine box. Sitting on chair, he gently dropped one drop in each ear. He looked at ear drop for some time. Deciding something, he poured all the ear drop in both of his ears! Now his ears started sounding like someone is drumming inside ears. He screamed and started hitting his own head. He took a cotton and tried to remove that liquid from ears; but failed. Suddenly, he stopped. He listened something. That was a continuously increasing sound of DJ coming from road. It was coming from some distance but was in the the way to Karan's home. Karan’s heartbeat increased. He started sweating. His eyes gone deep. He sat on the chair covering himself with his hand. His whole body was vibrating. The sound of DJ was increasing. Karan was unable to control himself. His glance was running all over the room. Suddenly he saw something. He went to tool box and picked up a screw driver from there. He looked at the srew driver continuously. The DJ sounded loud and Karan held the screw driver in front of one of his ears...
