When Chase was talking to Obi his phone rang and it didn't gave him time to finish speaking. The caller id was named aunt Yulia. When Chase decided to pick up the phone he got up and went inside his room. Obi didn't feel bad about it 'cause he knew who aunt Yulia was. She was stepmother of Chase, his father's second wife. There relation was considered like that of strangers. Actually Chase had no emotion for her, she was just a woman who was living in his home. He never excepted her as his mother but never denied that she was his father's wife. He also made it clear to her that she should never try to become his mother. When he entered the room he picked the phone and didn't say anything.
Aunt Yulia : Hello, Chase your brother told me that you are in Russia now. Why didn't you tell me about it?
After listening to this his face become expressionless. He had no emotions. He replied her in an formal manner
Chase : Sorry about it then. It was my fault for not informing you about it. What business do you have with me .... Aunt?
Yulia was a elegant lady with blond hair. She was in her 50s but still looked liked she was only 40. Yulia could clearly hear the rejection from Chase's voice. She clearly knew the reason behind it. She first thought that he hated her cause she was taking his mother's place. But he didn't knew that she was also unwilling to do so. She never wanted to take his mother's place, she was also a victim of a political marriage. She tried many times to make it clear with him but it always ended up making the situation more complicated. But now she was trying to make their relation more harmonious because he never let anyone other than him or his family knew about his cold relation with her he always keep it a secret in front of outsiders. Which made her believed that he didn't hate her but actually he doesn't have any opinion on her. That was partially right in Chase's mind she was not an important person on whom he should waste his energy.
Yulia : Um... Chase actually I am not calling you to blame you or anything. Actually I wanted to ask you if you are okay. You left without anyone knowing your father was concerned about it. So how are you doing there? I mean you are recording a song so how is it going?
Chase : It's fine. The recording is ongoing it will finished soon. But I will be staying in Russia for time being. If there is nothing I will call you later I am busy right now.
After finishing the call he opened the door of the room and returned in the hall. When he entered the hall he saw that Obi was actually sleeping on the sofa. Seeing this he also decided to talk with him some other time. He also had a appointment with JJ tomorrow, so he went back to the room. The room was designed in his taste in first glance it can be said to be normal room but it had a secret door which was connecting his room with the computer room. It was mostly decorated with white and blue colour giving it a modern look. He laid himself on the bed and waited till the sleep over took him.
