• Pregnancy symptoms are continuing with your growing foetus .⠀
• Morning sickness has become daily routine of yours .⠀
⠀
👉 𝔹𝕒𝕓𝕪 𝔻𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕝𝕠𝕡𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥⠀

• Your babies Arms, legs, kidneys are ⠀
going to develop .⠀
• Your baby's size almost doubles ⠀
then past week . ⠀
• It's about 1.5 - 2 cm, that's the size ⠀
of big Cashew nut . ⠀
• You can easily see your baby in ⠀
ultrasound at this time but you ⠀
have to wait for some more weeks ⠀
to see proper physique of your ⠀
baby. ⠀
• Your baby's tadpole appearance ⠀
shaped in more strengthen lines ⠀
as your baby's organ development ⠀
continues.⠀
• Baby's digestive system is also ⠀
developing along with renal system ⠀
and reproductive system .⠀
• Baby's face , ear & eyelids become ⠀
more noticeable .⠀
⠀
👉 𝕊𝕪𝕞𝕡𝕥𝕠𝕞𝕤⠀
• Morning sickness . ⠀
• Exhaustion/fatigue . ⠀
• Abdominal pain or discomfort . ⠀
• Pain in breast /breast tenderness . ⠀
• Weakness or dizziness . ⠀
⠀
👉 𝕋𝕚𝕡𝕤:⠀
• Take proper rest ( minimum 8 to 10 ⠀
hours of sleep ) .
• Drink plenty of water .
• Continue with your vitamins , ⠀
supplements .
• Eat frequently with small ⠀
proportions .
• Engage with your favourite ⠀
activities .
• Take proper healthy pregnancy diet ⠀
like fruits , green leafy vegetables , ⠀
dry fruits .
• Avoid tight fitting clothes . ⠀
• Get pampering from your partner & ⠀
family that helps to build up your ⠀
mental health . ⠀
• Some blood and urine tests are ⠀
also needed in early pregnancy .
• You need to do at least one ⠀
ultrasound till week 8 , if you have ⠀
not done yet do it tomorrow .⠀
⠀
👉 Visit your Gynecologist frequently by 15 days to 1 months as per your medical conditions. ⠀
⠀
👉 Don't hesitate to ask Gynecologist about any of your queries/worries about pregnancy

𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕 𝒂 𝑮𝒚𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕 immediately ??⠀

• If you have bleeding or spotting . ⠀
• If you have constant severe pain in ⠀
abdomen . ⠀
• If you have severe vomiting /⠀
severe backache/ body ache/ ⠀
fever .
What is Hyperemesis gravidarum ?
👉 It is the extreme level of nausea with vomiting that leads to dehydration , weight loss and exhaustion .
👉 It's not very common . Only seen in less than 5% of pregnancy . But needs hospitalisation in some .
