▶️ Baby Development : ⁣

👉 Baby is of about 1.5 mm in size at this week . ⁣Still it's a little smaller than pea nuts 🥜 .

👉 Major organs of their body are begin to form like brain and heart .⁣

👉 Embryo begins to lengthen and takes shape and appearance of a tadpole .⁣

👉 Ball of fluid forms around an embryo body which is visible in ultrasound .⁣

▶️ Symptoms :⁣

👉 Body changes like tender breast .⁣
👉 Feeling Exhausted .
👉 Nausea .
👉 Morning sickness .⁣
👉 Increase in Frequency of urination . ⁣
👉 Emotional outburst can be seen .⁣

▶️ Tips for week 5 :⁣ ⁣

👉Now you require healthy pregnancy diet so change your food habit .

👉 Visit your Gynaecologist regularly⁣ .

👉 Visit your Dentist to prevent gum inflammation . ⁣

👉 Avoid alcohol & smoking .⁣

👉Avoid hot tub bath that harmful to pregnancy .

▶️ Gynecologist will do certain blood test to confirm your pregnancy .⁣

👉 1 to 2 percent chance of an ectopic pregnancy that can be detected by blood test and ultrasound examination .⁣ ⁣

🌸 It is amazing to see how two little lines could be so life changing . 🌸⁣

Some extra tips for early pregnancy 🌺

👉 Avoid sexual intercourse in early stage of pregnancy , that can cause miscarriages .

👉 If possible , avoid sitting at floor for your lunch / dinner or doing mop or house hold work by sitting by square legs .

👉 Avoid raw papaya / raw banana in early weeks of pregnancy .

👉 Take some grated dry amla in morning , that helps you in your morning sickness .

👉 Avoid travelling / long journeies , if possible , do it by train only .

👉 Avoid taking large portion meals . Make a habit of small frequent meals .


👉 Most importantly consult your Gynecologist once as you can know about positive pregnancy test at home . That helps to prevent many more future complications in your pregnancy .
