Her head is hurting like hell.

She has never had to face such an embarrassment in her 28 years of life. It’s true due to the nature of her job she needs to attend a lot of parties and meetings.

She feels very ashamed for blacking out in front of so many people.

What would Ms. Sabina feel that her most appreciated assistant has passed out in front everyone in the party.

The last thing she remembers before blacking out is that they were celebrating the 60th birthday of Ms. Sabina at her luxurious home.

Ms. Sabina is the owner of one the most renowned group of companies in the country and also her boss.

After cutting the birthday cake Ms. Sabina insisted everyone to have a taste of her finest bottle of wine.

She was not even interested in touching the glass, but Ms. Sabina personally came to her and handed her the drink.

Ms. Sabina said in her calm gesture with a very sweet smile on her face as usual,

“Why are you still hanging onto those Desi Middle class thinking?

You are my assistant and one of the best consultants in my company.

Have a sip or two. I am not telling you to get drunk.

Take a sip for experience.”

She laughed “Enjoy your life while you can, gather every experience that you can get or else you will be like me living alone in the sixties and regretting your entire life.”

There was nothing she could do. She could not argue with her for all the things she has done for her.

She never had a drop of alcohol in her life, but only to please Ms. Sabina she took a sip.

But after that everything just went blank. She completely blacked out.

“Madam please open your eyes.” She opened her eyes and saw the nurse leaning onto her.

She was really shocked that she was admitted in a hospital and quiet an expensive one by the looks of it.

She tried to speak up, but could not move a single limb of her body.

Now she got really scared.

What happened to her? Why can’t she move or speak?

“Please calm down Mam. You just had a heart attack.

Control your breathing. Please breath slowly.”

She was surprised to hear what this woman was saying? Is she nuts.

She is only 28 and had only a sip of drink. How on earth she can have a heart attack?

Why can’t she fell anything in her body? What is happening with her?

After she could think any further she started to feel dizzy again and before she could understand anything she fell asleep.

“Please open your eyes Mam. Look who is here to see you.”

She opened her eyes and saw Mr. Taleb, Ms. Sabina’s attorney leaning onto her, whom Ms. Sabina repeatedly called an old hog.

“This is really a tragedy after so much that you have done for the world,

You of all people have to go through such trauma.

Don’t worry hold onto yourself. We are all with you.

I definitely believe you will soon recover from this and come back to us.”

He paused with deep sad eyes.

She is now really confused why would Mr. Taleb come to see her.

He does not consider any of the employees of Ms. Sabina as people even.

To visit any of them is out of the question.

What is he talking about? She has only started her carrier.

When did she even get the chance to contribute to the world.

“Okay then I am leaving now and don’t worry I am preparing the will as you had requested.”

Then He left the room in a rush.

But she really can’t make any sense of all this. What is happening with her?

What was he talking about will, contribution?

Is this a dream? Did she hit her head so hard that she is still dreaming?

After some time has passed, she heard the door opening and footsteps approaching to her.

The woman leaned onto her.

She could not recognize her as the woman was wearing a sunglass and a scarf.

The woman turned her head so she could see that woman thoroughly from top to bottom.

The posture seemed so familiar to her.

Then she removed her scarf and glasses.

This can’t be. How is this possible?

She saw herself standing in front of her with a grim smile on her face.

The woman said, “I told you many times to enjoy your life and have the full experience of it. You did not listen.”

Then the woman burst into laughter.

She saw with great wonder how could that familiar face smile be like that.

Then again started to feel dizzy and everything was getting blur in front of her eyes.
