There was a boy named Mohit

There was a boy named Mohit Thakkar. He was doing B.Sc.. He was a very bright student in terms of study. But very shy by nature. He still managed to have a decent group of friends in his college. He was not very rich so he had to go to college by the city bus. Whenever he saw somebody with his or her loved ones only one question was there in his mind that “ usko uski dream girl kab milegi “.

And one day that happened. He was going to college and he saw a girl and for a moment the world around him stopped , he forgot to breathe , he just stared her , his heart was pounding , he waited for his entire life for this moment. She took the same bus as of his. Now the question was , “vo kaun si college me hogi ? “ . He was praying the God that please she must be in any of the colleges around University. He was just looking at her without even blinking. The bus-stand was near , mohit was sweating as if he were swimming. She got off the bus mohit was feeling out of the world because it was his bus-stop also. And one more surprise was waiting for Mohit as she walking in the direction of his college.

Mohit was feeling very lucky. Now the question is should he talk to her or not ? After gathering every bit of strength he asked her ,” new admission “ ? She replied yes , she told that she was transferred to this college from Bhavnagar. Then he briefed about the college. She was his junior. After this incident mohit used to reach the bus-stand as early as possible. He used to reserve a seat for her every day. She was also feeling special about this because no one in the bus dared to sit next to him apart from her. Their friendship was deepening day by day. Mohit also felt the warm feelings from her side also but he did not dare to ask her.

One day Mohit came to know that she is asthmatic patient. That day onwards Mohit never allowed her to go home alone. He had to walk an extra mile because of this but he never cared. He helped her in every possible way. He had drawn her entire biology journal. He guarded her against the entire boys group. Both of them showed their feelings but may be the silence was a better language. At last something had happened that convinced Mohit that she loves him as much as he loves her.

The incident was something like this. It was the last day of the college before midterm vacation of 15 days. She asked him that she wanted to sit some more time with him as it was the last day. Mohit agreed to that and they both went to their own classes. But at that day Mohit’s luck was not with him. His teacher closed the door of the classroom for some activity and Mohit got stuck. He could not believe his luck that his dreamgirl was waiting outside for him and he got stuck . He cursed the teacher but he was helpless. Mohit was restless , every second the clock is ticking and possibilities of her waiting at the bus-stand are dying with it. Every second was important for Mohit because after that day he was not able to see her for the next 15 full days for Mohit this was like imprisonment but he could not do anything in that situation.

At last Mohit’s wait came to an end and they were allowed to go home. Mohit ran like a bullet of a gun to the bus-stand. He was not hopeful that she might be there but voila she was there at the bus-stand. Mohit could not believe his eyes that how could this be possible. She was there but as Mohit reached near to her she seemed to be so angry that Mohit couldnot even dare to see her in the eyes. Then he said I m sorry but she said , “do I know you “ ? Mohit was stunned but he did not loose courage and tried to convince her that it was not his fault. At last after half an hour Mohit succeeded and she talked to her. Mohit could see the feelings in her eyes but none of them was able to express may be this is called divine love. She said , “ Mohit muje bhul to nai jaoge na , muje miss karoge na “..
Mohit smiled and said ,” nai me tuje yad nai karunga , vo thodi dar gai but then he said are yaar you stay here and he was pointing his heart so I can’t forget you ever. And there was silence the bus arrived and they took the bus…

During the vacation it was almost impossible for Mohit to stay without seeing her. But he was helpless. He had spent the 15 days of time by counting each and every second. And at last Mohit’s wait came to an end. It was the college reopening day. He woke up at 5 a.m. in the morning , got ready as early as possible and went to the bus-stand. He was eagerly waiting for her, but she did not turn up. Mohit’s heart was broken , he walked very heavily towards the college as if he were dead. Mohit was eagerly waiting for the next day but to his shock she did not come on that day also. Now Mohit was in great pain , he did not know the number so that he could inquire. But hope was alive and the third day brought an end to his pain . She was there at the bus-stop , mohit’s heart was filled with joy. He forgot the pain he went through in the last two days. She was looking awesome, the word beauty starts with her presence only. She was also thrilled to see him again.

They had a very long talk on that day. But Mohit was feeling that she was not there with him. Something was missing , but due to over happiness he missed it. After a week later she was waiting for him at the bus-stop to go home. Mohit came and she told him with a very sad voice that now they should stop seeing each other. Mohit got stunned , shocked and shattered. His dreamgirl was telling him to forget her. Not possible may be over Mohit’s dead body. Mohit was so hurt that he was not even able to ask why because he was lost somewhere.

Then she told that she was a Christian and he was a hindu . And her elder sister married to a hindu and their marriage was not a success , so her father called her when she was at her hometown. And asked her that please do not marry to a hindu marry to a Christian only please it is my last wish. Now she asked Mohit that , “ esi condition me vo kya karti ?“ . She convinced her father that she would not do anything like this. After saying this she stared Mohit very anxiously. Mohit could not believe his luck , that he lost the most important battle of his life without fighting and ever for a very unimportant reason. He could not say anything to her he just smiled at her and walked away. After that time Mohit never talked to her , she tried but Mohit avoided . Mohit was very depressed by heart , but nobody knew around him not even his parents. He smiles but not from the heart.
Mohit is still unmarried , may be waiting for his dreamgirl.
