LUV @ LOW RISK - 1

" A luvstory is nothing but the fruitless attempts of luv @ low risk!" All the logical artifices are contaminated by mental disturbances & hence the emotionally clutched 'luv' seems so innocent; but practically, it's not! This was my cup of tea; 'she' used to demur it. Stupid! I used to be called Stupid by her. I was at no chance to go banana for her anyway according to my perspective; but actually, we all are unconscious about what's going on the destiny's mind. These complications would never be a part of my life, God knows how did it happen!

Anjali held my hand & I looked at her. That soft touch was indicating that let whatever be happened, your friend is with you. Always! She said, "Let it be cleared from the beginning." I started.

It was the time when I was in the last year of the post-graduation. My Papa & My 'step-mummy' had insisted me to inhabit the hostel to stay in a great contact with studies being free from family matters. It was another issue that they wanted some privacy for them. Anyway, I was happy for them. She was caring for all of us & Papa was luving her so much, that's it! That was our second Diwali with her. I had been requested (by Papa) to spend a sizable period with her for her sake & I, as usual, could have sanctioned about two days' leave somehow; so was somewhat upset! I made a call to Papa from the junction & he came to pick me up. A time of twenty minutes dropped us the 'Sweet home'. I came into the front door & 'She' looked up at me! Blue eyes, well plaited silky hair, fair coloured shiny face with naturally Pink lips!! Just out of all comparisons!!! Mummy's voice revived me. She asked, "I asked how the journey was!" & 'She' giggled looking down to the mobile phone. Mummy made me familiarised to her, "She's Nikita. Hari's elder daughter." Hari, mummy's younger brother. I looked at mummy & she smiled. Turning towards her, she said, "And Nikita, he's Karan, my son!" She asked, "Is he the one you were talking about Bu (Bua)?" I, unbeknown actually, sat on the bed near her. Mummy said, "You guys keep chatting, I'll make some coffee for you." & went to the kitchen. Papa asked, "So Karan, When is your exam?" Before I answer, his mobile rang & he got busy in dealing with it. I turned to Nikita. She had glanced at the mobile screen. Her expressions were so innocent. She asked without unsettling the glance, "What do you study?" Her throaty voice touched my heart. I smiled & answered, "last year of the post-graduation. And you?" She said, "I'm in Eighth standard!"

"What???" Much of the Tea drunken by Anjali returned back to her cup. She asked shockingly, "Eighth standard! You're not joking, are you?" I said calmly, "She was of just fourteen!" Anjali asked keeping the cup down, "Karan, how could you be so despotic? She was so small for you yaar!" I exclaimed, "We had a difference of eight years between us. I know that my age was much more than that of her, but age never has been an issue in the matter of luv. The fact is that we all have same emotions overall the life. Actually we've named these feelings according to the age difference, e.g. affection, then attraction, then luv, then lust, etc." Seemed she didn't get me. She asked, "Means?" I explained, "That means I was in a great affection with her. My luv was never related to erotism. It was spiritual!" Anjali said, "I agree Karan, but what about the maturity? Both of you might have different scales of maturity, mightn't you? How were you going to deal with her child mind?" It muted me. She exhaled; smiled slight & asked, "Then?" I lost into flashback.
