LITTLE SANTA

Chilly breeze , as it holds all lives in their digs . Flakes as it's freezes the lakes, snow flurry caping the hedges .Streets glittering with Christmas lights . Carols sung by choir on streets to bring shine on passers at night. This would be a picture of every city around the world , to welcome Christmas eve .
Child within me, is always delighted to
welcome Christmas soul. As I adorn my
Christmas tree , putting jewels of stars , Angel's and golden lights ,and little Santa plush toy sitting beside. Remembering the golden days of childhood, purchasing Christmas tree from New Market in my city of joy. As the city sparked in lights , it was winsome sight. Confectioners baking plum cakes and church bells singing light. Oh ! how could I forget those wonderful days.
As adolescence passed to elderliness my love for festive spirit never got over . Dressing my kids ready in Christmas spirit , how could I forget my Baby Santa ! dressed in red with a red cap on his head .Taking small steps , with a innocent smile on his
lips . Surprising them on the eve by keeping gifts under the tree. As time flew my Little Santa grew but i followed my ritual.
Again this year winter knocked my heart , jingle bells and stars adored my ferns stems. But now my tiny toddler's had grown to big stars . As I took out my Christmas tree which was three decades old from attic , my delighted eyes filled with tears ,as today I was celebrating my feel all by myself . As I sat on my rocking chair ,I don't remember when I travelled to my dreams.
As the morning glory broke my dream ,as birds chirping,in the fields. I was stuck to see as their were gifts were laid under the tree , as I haven't kept any .I thought was it really Santa who has come from North pole to surprise me.
I tied my gown and walked slowly to my
beloved tree . I bowed to pick a gift to see, for whom was it ? I couldn't see well as my spects were not their ,but could read hazy words "Granny we love you ".
My little Santa's surprised me creeping inside ,taking small steps from behind ,calling out Granny "Merry Christmas ". My eyes were filled with tears of joy as they cuddled around me in haste. kissing my cheeks one by one ,as I wished them Merry Christmas. My tiny tots danced around me , as my blood princess played the piano for me. My young man , who was now a dad called me from behind, where are our gifts. I hugged them and called out to

their dad , take their gifts out ,they are kept on the chest .

Again we all sat near my Christmas tree ,singing Carols ,munching fresh baked cookies and cakes ,sipping coffee in freeze .

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL
