Some people think that employers should not care about the way their employees dress, because what matters is the quality of their work. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
A dress code is the identity of any work place. This can be a fashion or a trend. Globalization, as a reason, has allowed the employers to think globally for compelling the staff to wear formal dress. . However, it has been observed that, nowadays, in many businesses, the employees avoid wearing uniform in order to enhance the quality of their work. I feel that working without a dress code shall give some liberty and enhance the excellence of work. On the other hand wearing formal shall give the feeling of unity.
A company or a business is identified by its workmanship and not always by the uniform set by the employers. However, many employers feel that a company has its own values by having a uniform dress code. By wearing the formal uniform, an employee feels like being in a pack or a flock. So, to make people happy, the employers must allow the staff to wear non- formal dress while working. This preference shall allow the workers feel at ease and that can improve the productivity. One more benefit is the comfort that the workforce feel by choosing their own favorite color and pattern of the dress. I believe that this shall surely augment the productivity.
On the other hand, rules regarding employees' clothing are still pertinent in other work situations. We look forward to certain professionals, such as nurses, police officers and airline pilots, to wear uniforms. These uniforms may have a practical or safety function, but perhaps more importantly they identify the person’s position or role in society. Similarly, a lawyer, politician or school principal may choose to wear formal clothing in order to portray an image of authority, trustworthiness and diligence. I believe that most of us prefer to see these professionals in smart, formal attire, even if it is not strictly essential.
In the conclusion, being formal or informal is the inclination and duty of all. The employers should have a mind set to make the employees feel free by ignoring the dress code. I personally feel that wherever comfort is the priority, it should come first, be it a dress code at a business place.

Some people suggest that youngsters should follow the old people but others disagree. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Some people think that it is wiser to learn about life through listening to the advice of older people of family. However, others have an opinion to overlook the ideas and the actions of the elderly people. It can be felt that it is wise for a person to take an intermediate position because each of these ways has its own advantages. In the further part of the essay, I will give my reasons to support my point of view.
From the one side, listening to the advice of veteran family members brings many benefits. Grandparents with great patience pass down their knowledge and experience to their children and parents to their children. They teach them all they know and they want their children do not make the same mistakes. In addition to those practical benefits, learning from someone’s advice is painless. Parents, for example, nowadays, very often talk to their children about bad habits. This can be a great example when one should not have any bad inclination, such as having drugs, in order to gain new experience. As per the observant, it is a case when children must trust their old parents.
From the other side, learning through one’s personal experience brings many benefits. First of all, scientists say that personal experience has greater impact on a person. Children, for instance, may not believe their grandparents that something can hurt them until they try it and make sure in it. Furthermore, most likely they will remember this experience longer. Second of all, people can learn how to analyze their mistakes, make conclusions and next time try to avoid them. It can be of a great experience that makes people stronger, more self-confident and persistent. They could gain more knowledge and experience that will be very helpful and valuable in the future.
To sum up, I think it is wise to combine both of these ways to learn and try to analyze personal mistakes as well as not personal. I think together they can greatly simplify one’s life and make the way to success shorter. Being positive towards own future is one’s duty and requirement.
