A breakfast smoothie is quick and easy to make, and of course, healthy smoothies are delicious.
FRUITS AND COCONUTWATER SMOOTHIE
1 Glass
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe Banana
1/2 cup ripe Mango piece
1/2 cup Pineapple piece
1 cup coconut water.
STEP
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
BANANA GINGER SMOOTHIE

1 Banana
3/4cup yogurt
1tbsp honey
1/2 tsp grated ginger.
Step
Combine all the ingredient. Blend until smooth
SPINACH AND CHIA SEEDS SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup spinach
1cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup Pineapple chunks
1 Banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
Step
Put all ingredients in a blender.Blend until smooth. Add almond milk if needed.
STRAWBEERY KIWI SMOOTHIE

1 cup cold Apple juice
1 /2 ripe Banana
1/2 Kiwi sliced
1tsp honey

Cobmine all ingredients and blend until smoothie.
BANANA OATS SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana
1 tbsp porridge oats
50gm soft fruit like Strawberries
Or Mango
200 ml milk
1 tsp honey
1tsp vanilla drops

Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and stir well
PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
1 Banana chunks
1 cup milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1tbsp honey
Few ice cube
Step
Place all ingredients in a blender,blend until smooth.
MUSKMELON SMOOTHIE
Serve a glass
3/4 cup chilled and chopped Muskmelon
1/4 cup Orange juice chilled
1tbsp sugar
2 tbsp curds
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
Few small pieces of Muskmelon
Step
Combine curd, Muskmelon, orange juice, vanilla ice cream and sugar.
Blend untill smooth.
Pour in a glass. Garnish with few pieces of Muskmelon. Serve immediately. Don't refrigerate.
APPLE SMOOTHIE
Serve 2
INGREDIENTS
2 cup peeled and chopped Apple
4 tbsp Starwberry crush
4 tbsp chilled curd
1cup vanilla ice cream
Few ice cubes
Step
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and forthy
Add few ice cubes
Pour into 2 glasses
KALE SMOOTHI
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Kale (one type of leafy veg.)
1/2 avocado
Few drops if lime juice
Few frozen Pineapple chunks
Few piece of Ginger
1tbsp cashew nuts
1 Banana

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Add some water and blend. Add more water if needed to get desired consistency.
SUNSHINE SMOOTHI

250ml Carrot juice
100gm Pineapple pieces
1Banana pieces
Few cashew nuts
Small Ginger piece
Few drops of Lemon

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2cup kale chopped
1 Banana

1tbsp flax seeds

Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. If desired, add Honey. Serve in 2 glasses
KIDS FAVOURITE SMOOTHIE
STRAWBEERY AND OATMEAL SMOOTHIE

1cup Strawberries pieces
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 cup milk.

Combine all ingredients and blend untill smooth. Serve as morning breakfast to your kids.
CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 Banana
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tbsp peanutbutter
1/2 tbsp flaxseed powder
Or you can use wholeseeds
Honey as per taste
Few ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend untill smooth.Add and Serve in glasses with ice cubes.
WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
3 cup chilled chopped and deseeded
watermelon pieces
2 Banana pieces frozen
1 cup chilled coconut milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
5 tbsp sugar
Few ice cubes
Step
Combine watermelon, Banana, coconutmilk, sugar, vanilla icecream and blend in a juicer untill smooth.
Pour and serve imnediately topped with ice cubes. Do not Refrigerate.
PEACH SMOOTHIE
