Harsh: Oh Sorry.. We are meeting for the first time and I called you dear. (shyly laughed)
Jhanvi: Arre it's okay.
Harsh: Phew! Thanks!
Jhanvi: Anytime. Hey as you said I've started the talking and I guess you're now comfortable with me. So now say something else.
Harsh: Ummm.. I would like to say about my bestie cum cousin & his name is Deepak. I share with him everything. Even the smallest incident that has happened. And we just love talking about cars & bikes. Basically we both are 'petrolhead' means those person who are fanatic about vehicles.
Jhanvi: Hey I also have such kind of person in my life & her name is Urvi. She is my niece but she is only 5.5 years younger than me. And yes I also share with her everything. You both love talking about cars & we both love talking & sharing about songs & doodle - kind of drawing.
(interrupting in between)
Harsh: Hey don't you think our likings & kind of life matches with each other? (A beat was skipped by asking this question)
After an awkward silence
Jhanvi: Yes! (Oh God! Why did I say yes? What will he think? Is he the right person for me? After rejecting about 200 guys, will he be the one?)
All kind questions were poping up in my mind...
(interrupting the feelings she had, Harsh spoke out)
Harsh: Hey you know what? Your eyes are just wow! They are so beautiful & like californian almonds. And one more thing, your speech is just awesome. The way you speak every words clear is something I've not listened till now.
Jhanvi: Oh Thanks! (He should have taken a chance with me about coming closer where in fact he just appreciated me. That's something surprising. I guess he is the one)
Harsh: Pleasure is all mine. Hey, I got to know about your some likings & important person of your life.. See I believe in one thing that whoever would be my life partner, I'll definitely like to allow her for doing work or help her chasing her dreams. Because in our family no one has ever denied their daughter-in-law or their wife to work. I want to continue that tradition. And forget the tradition word.. Why can't husband & wife live a life like best friends? I believe in that. And I also believe that if a girl is leaving her home, her parents, her everything for getting married to a boy to whom she is not even knowing properly, than a boy should at least allow her to follow her dreams or allow her to work after marriage. Now main question. What do you expect from your life partner?
Jhanvi: I expect from my to be life partner to understand me properly, take care of small little things. Because in life not the big but small little things matters the most. And yes I want to be in joint family. Where there is Dada, Dadi, Papa, Mummy & Sibling. I don't want to be in nuclear family. These are my main expectations as I am a bit family oriented kind of girl so my expectation are like such.
(Harsh thinking deeply Oh seriously? In this era can a girl like this is possible? I simply can't believe.. I'll be so lucky if she says agrees with me to get married, as these 28 years I was looking for this kind of companion. Wow all boxes are ticked, I guess)
Jhanvi: Hey Harsh where are you? Say something.
(As soon as Jhanvi interrupted, Harsh came in present)
Harsh: You know what Jhanvi? I'd been looking for this kind of companion only!
(there was a silence in the air as both were out of the words)
