Positive thinking way of living the life..

"Always be positive... Your positive thoughts and positive attitude directs you to lead a successful life." An old saying!! and so true!!! Positive thinking and positive mindset is very important in life. When we have a positive mindset then we get extra energy from the whole universe to complete the task or spending the day with full positivity.. Many a times life is going smoothly but something disturbs us and we are shattered. Sometimes, without any reason, we are unhappy!! In short, life of many of us is filled by the unhappiness from which we cannot come out. Basically, The root of unhappiness originates from your thoughts. Only our thoughts are important to give direction to the life. As we all know, there is no shortage of bad thoughts. And bad thoughts are ready to spoil the happy life. To get rid of bad thoughts, we need to work on our mindset. Experts suggest “positive thinking” as a solution to low self esteem and confidence. We can definitely boost up the confidence in ourselves by following positive thinking. We all must have taken the experience in our lives too.. But many a times, we do not understand importance of positive thinking in our lives.
* What is positive thinking-
Positive thinking is a way to look towards life!! It is focusing on the bright side of the life. It involves much more than just deciding one day that you will change the way you think. It should become your habit to think positively.. Positive thinking is a mental attitude. And it is the best attitude to live the life. When you think positively, you expect good and favourable results. In other words, positive thinking is the process of creating thoughts that create and transform energy into reality. And surrounds you with a healthy atmosphere. A positive mind waits for happiness, health and a happy ending in any situation. Facing every situation in a positive way is a bit difficult job. Because generally when any problem arises we end up in thinking negatively in the beginning! Obviously, changing the mindset is a bit difficult thing..and it needs efforts. And after taking efforts you can see the result in a happy life. So it is always important to get rid of negative thoughts and transform negative thoughts in positive one. And you will attract positive results from that.
* How can we start thinking positively-
Thinking in a positive way is not at all a difficult job. Only important is to stick to it in any situation, (situation might be negative) which might be a tough job. Dealing with stressful situations, dealing with the problems or you can say transforming negative situations in to positively was a tough job for me too but when I look to every problem, every situation as an opportunity, my work became simple. I Just chose some exercises which changed my life..
1. Always say and think positive words-
Words that we talk and we think have a great impact on our day to day life. So talking in negative sense should be AVOIDED. This is because if you think or say negative words, that will have a negative impact on your life. You also, must have observed this that when you keep on thinking negative in any situation, it will end up in failure. But most of the times, we tend to say or think positive words. And that will Negative words should be replaced with positive ones. For eg, Instead of saying, "I cannot.." keep telling yourself, "I can" . By doing this the life will have a very positive impact. and the slowly attitude starts becoming positive, which will end up in a happy life..
2. Practice positive affirmations-
Positive affirmations have a great impact on the life. Positive affirmations are the most common exercise by which you can start living your life positively. What are positive affirmations? Positive affirmations are nothing but repetition of positive phrases such as, "I am always happy" , "I deserve the best.." etc. The phrases which turn your mood fresh should be repeated which will in turn direct your life towards a successful and a happy life.
3. Correcting the past mistakes-
Only positive thinking is not sufficient to be successful and happy. Everybody makes mistakes. Only those who succeed in life who try to improve the mistakes. Means' you need to act to make life positive. It needs to be used with improving the past mistakes. By avoiding the mistakes and thinking positively you will be able to make your life positive.
4. Don't get depressed by failures-
Failures are part of life. Never take failures in negative sense. Failures teach you many things in life. Many a times, we don't tend to accept the failures. And we get depressed by the failures. It should not be the way of living life as every experience teaches you something. In the same way, failures also make you understand life deeply. Failures cannot end the life. If we always look to the failure as an opportunity which will turn your thinking positive and which will lead you to be successful.
5. Ignore what people say-
People go on gossiping about everything. That's their job. And there are chances of becoming negative by the gossip heard from someone. So It's always a good thing to ignore what other people say or think about you. Have your own terms of living the life and there will not be any possibility of becoming negative in life.
And so on... it's our life and we only have to make it wonderful without anyone's help. You have to give it a try!!!
Life is always good.. Making it even better is in our hands. Don't forget, nothing can stop you from being happy!!!
