આજના ફાસ્ટ યુગમાં જ્યારે સમય બહુ તેજીથી ચાલ્યો જાય છે ત્યારે તે સમયની એકાદ ક્ષણને પકડવામાં જો કામયાબ રહીએ તો આવી આંટીઘૂંટી પલકવારમાં ઉકેલી શકાય છે. દેહ છે ..દૈહિક જરૂરિયાતો છે ..તેમ જ મન છે તો માનસિક જરૂરિયાતો છે ..એમાં ખૂણે ખાંચરે ઘણું દફન કરીને જીવવું પડે છે એના હર્ષ શોક ન હોય ..એવું બધાના જીવનમાં હોય જ .એ ખૂણામાં ક્યારેક જઈને જોઈ લેવું પડે ..જીવી લેવું પડે ને પછી જીરવી લઈને આગળ વધવું જ પડે . જો એ ખૂણામાં પેલા ‘પોપટ’ની જેમ જીવ રાખીને જીવ્યે જઇયે તો એનો કોઈ ફાયદો નથી
