'' આજ–કાલની કેટલીક સ્ત્રીઓ'' આજ કાલ સ્ત્રીઓ ઘર સંભાળવાની સાથે નોકરી કરતી આપણે હ્મેઈ રત્ના છીએ. કોઈ સ્ત્રી પોતાની ઘરે જ અલગ – અલગ ગૃહકાર્ય કરતી થઈ છે. પરંતુ નોકરીયાત સ્ત્રી અને ઘરે જ રહીને ગૃહકાર્ય કરતી સ્ત્રીઓ સિવાય પણ ઘણી બધી સ્ત્રીઓને છે જે ફકત નિવૃત બેસીને સમય પસાર કરે છે. એટલે એમની ઉંમર કાંઈ સીતેર એંસીની નથી. પરંતુ નાની ઉંમરે તેમણે ફકત ઘરકામ સિવાય કોઈ કામમાં રસ દાખવ્યો જ ન હોય કે પછી તેમને કદાચ હૃવનમાંથી રસ ઉડી ગયો હોય એવું લાગે છે. બસ સવારે ઉઠીને ઘરકામ કરવું, બાળકોને શાળાએ મોકલવા અને સવાર – બપોર – સાંજ રસોઈ
