"આજે અહીં સેનિટોરિયમમાં તમે આપેલો જાસવંતીનો છોડ મેં રોપ્યો. કેટલી સુખદ ક્ષણ હતી તે! આશા રાખું છું કે આગામી ઉનાળાની રજાઓમાં જ્યારે હું પાછો આવું ત્યારે ઓછામાં ઓછા એક-બે જાસવંતીના ફૂલ તો મારું સ્વાગત કરવા ઉગી નીકળ્યા હશે. બાકી સેનિટોરિયમની બહાર બૉગનવેલનાં ગુલાબી, પીળા અને સફેદ ફૂલો પુરબહારમાં ખીલ્યા છે. ભુશી ડેમ જતા રસ્તા પર એક નવો બગીચો ઉભો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. અને માર્કેટ જતા રસ્તા પર મગનલાલ ભાઈના નામની હજુ બે નવી ચીક્કીની દુકાનો ઉદભવી છે. આ વર્ષે બપોરે ગરમી સવિશેષ અનુભવાય છે પણ સાંજ પછી પવનની લહેરખી પોતાની સંગાથે રાતરાણીની મહેક લાવી મનને શાતા પહોંચાડે છે."બીજી થોડી અહીંતહીં
