થોડા દિવસ પછી છોકરી પણ એ છોકરાં સાથે ચાલી ગઈ હોય એવું લાગતું હતું. કોઈને ખબર નહોતી કે એ ક્યાં અને કેવી હાલતમાં હતી, પણ બધાંની આંખો ત્યારે ફાટેલી જ રહી ગઈ જ્યારે એમને સવારે જોયું કે રેવતી ની લાશ મળી આવી હતી. ગામમાં અફવાહ હતી કે ખુદ એનાં પપ્પાએ જ એને મારી નાંખી હતી. અમુક લોકો તો એમ પણ અનુમાન લગાવી રહ્યાં હતાં કે છોકરાએ જ એનાં મમ્મી પપ્પાને માર્યા એટલે વેપારી જોડે બદલો લેવા આવું કર્યું હશે, પણ સચ્ચાઈ શું હતી, આજ દિન સુધી કોઈ નહીં જાણી શક્યું. એ જે છોકરાનાં મમ્મી પપ્પા ને મારી નાંખવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં
