નોર્થ યોર્કશાયરના થર્સ્ક મ્યુઝિયમમાં ઓકના લાકડાંમાંથી બનેલી એક ખુરશીને દીવાલ ઉપર ઉંચે ટાંગી દેવામાં આવી છે. લોકો કહે છે બહુ તોફાન કર્યાં હતાં એ ખુરશીએ! કદાચ એ ખુરશીને અનેક વખત કહેવામાં આવ્યું હશે કે હવે તોફાન કરીશ તો પંખા પર લટકાવી દઈશ અથવા તો પછી દીવાલ પર ટાંગી દઈશ પણ તોફાની ખુરશી માની નહી હોય! તેના તોફાનોને લીધે તે ખૂબ જ કુખ્યાત પણ થઈ અને તેને 'મરેલા માણસની ખુરશી', 'મોતની ખુરશી' અને 'બસ્બીની બેઠક ખુરશી' જેવા ઉપનામ પણ મળ્યા અને છેલ્લે તેના તોફાનોથી કંટાળીને લોકોએ તેને એક મ્યુઝિયમની દીવાલ પર સાચે જ ટાંગી દીધી! ખુરશીના તોફાનની શરૂઆત તો છેક ૧૭૦૨થી
