નમક પારા (ખારા) એક લોકપ્રિય નમકીન નાસ્તો છે જે દિવાળી, હોળી, દશેરા, વગેરે તહેવારો દરમિયાન ખાસ પ્રસંગે બનાવવામાં આવે છે. તેને પરંપરાગત રીતે બનાવવા માટે માત્ર મેંદો, સોજી, ઘી અને મીઠું જ જોઈએ. આ રેસીપીમાં અમે બદલાવ માટે લસણ અને બેઝિલ (મીઠી તુલસી) ની પેસ્ટનો પ્રયોગ કર્યો છે. જો કે, જો તમે તેને પરંપરાગત રીતે જ બનાવવા ઈચ્છો છો તો પણ તમે આ રેસીપીની મદદથી બનાવી શકો છો. તેના માટે આ રેસીપીમાં લસણ અને બેઝિલ (મીઠી તુલસી) ની પેસ્ટને બદલે અજમો નાખોં. સામગ્રી:1.૧ કપ મેંદો2.૨ ટેબલસ્પૂન રવો (સોજી)3.૧/૪ ટીસ્પૂન મરીનો પાઉડર4.૨ ટેબલસ્પૂન ઘી5.તેલ, તળવા માટે6.મીઠું7.પાણીપેસ્ટ માટે:-1.૭-૮ તાજા
