મુક્તિબંધન એક કાળી- ભૂખરી છાયા વેક્સ વેગન જીપની આસપાસ ગોળ ગોળ ચક્કર કાપી રહી હતી. યકાયક એ લાંબી ભૂખરી છાયા જીપ પર કૂદકો મારીને બેસી ગઈ. તબલા વગાડતી હોય એમ એ છાયા તાડપત્રી પર આંગળીઓ વગરની હથેળીથી એક દો તીન એક વગાડી રહી હતી. ને, એની સામે કોઈ કદમતાલ કરી રહ્યું હોય ને એ તેઓને આદેશ આપી રહી હોય એમ પંજાને ઊંચો નીચો કરી રહી હતી. અચાનક વાતાવરણમાં ઠંડક પ્રસરી ગઈ. ને એણે તાંડવ નૃત્ય શરૂ કરી દીધું. તાડપત્રી જે એક કિનારેથી ફાટી ગઈ હતી. એણે એને જાદુથી સીવી લીધી. ને ફરી નાચવા લાગી. પણ, કાચા દોરાથી સીવેલી એ તાડપત્રી
