લોહી તરસ્યું ભૂત યુગલ-રાકેશ ઠક્કર મુંબઇની એક બહુમાળી બિલ્ડિંગના તેરમા માળ પર ફ્લેટ નં.૧૩૦ માં એક લોહી તરસ્યા ભૂત યુગલ વચ્ચે વાતચીત ચાલી રહી હતી. વર્ષોથી ખાલી પડેલા આ ફ્લેટમાં બંને થોડા મહિનાથી રહેતા હતા. તેરમા માળે સામસામે બે ફ્લેટ હતા. રૂમ નં.૧૩૦ ખાલી જ રહેતો હતો. એના માલિકે માત્ર રૂપિયાનું રોકાણ કરવા ફ્લેટ ખરીદયો હતો. અને ભાડે આપવાની ઝંઝટમાં પડતો ન હતો. જ્યારે સામેના ફ્લેટ નં.૧૩૧ નો માલિક એને ભાડે ફેરવતો હતો. એ કામ તેણે એક દલાલને સોંપી રાખ્યું હતું. આ અગાઉ ત્રણ વખત ભાડૂઆત યુગલ આવી ચૂક્યા હતા. તેમને ભૂત યુગલે શિકાર બનાવ્યા હતા.હવે નવો શિકાર કોણ આવશે
